Top 10 Sonstige Fonds
In der Kategorie „Sonstige Fonds“ sind die
Themen erfasst, zu denen es vergleichsweise
wenige auswertbare Fonds mit positiven Ergebnissen gibt. Das betrifft etwa die Energiefonds der großen Anbieter Energiekontor,
GHF, Umweltkontor und WPD, die zusammen einig hundert Fonds aufgelegt haben.
Unternehmerische Flugzeugfonds, die kein Fi-
nanzierungsleasing machen, gibt es verbreitet
erst seit 2007. Bis zu einem aussagekräftigen
Track Record müssen also noch ein paar Jahre
ins Land ziehen. Das Logistiksegment dominieren wenige Anbieter, von denen ein paar
eine insgesamt negative Performance vorweisen. Auch deshalb stechen die Containerfonds
von Buss Capital hervor. Infrastrukturfonds
haben sich trotz der einstigen Platzierungser-
folge von Macquarie nicht etabliert.
Die Auswertung der besten geschlossenen
Fonds räumt mit dem Vorwurf auf, dass mit
dieser Investmentklasse kein Geld zu verdienen ist. Sie bringt aber auch ans Tageslicht,
dass es beträchtliche Performanceunterschiede
gibt. Das trifft allerdings auch auf die meisten
Produktalternativen zu.
