Members of an Economic Chamber are all physical and legal persons as well as partnerships entitled to run a business of crafts and trades, industry, commerce, banks and insurance, transport, tourism and information and consulting. Membership exists regardless whether and to what extent the licence is applied. Should a physical or legal person own licences in more than one province membership with all appropriate Economic Chambers exists. Members of a division (no legal entity) are all owners of licences, which are covered by the operations of the professional groups comprising this division. Members of a professional group are all physical and legal persons as well as partnerships owning licences within the operations of these professional groups regardless whether and to what extent these licences are applied. Should, however, licences be applied within a professional group in multiple provinces this entails seperate memberships with all appropriate Economic chambers. Should the licences fall under more than one professional groups, memberships with all relevant professional groups exist. 83 15.
