! Bevor Sie anfangen
● Personal, das mit Transport, Montage, Wartung und
Bedienung des Systems beauftragt ist, muss entsprechend qualifiziert sein. Stellen Sie sicher, dass
alle betreffenden geltenden Direktiven und Gesetze
eingehalten werden.
● Es müssen angemessene Schutzkleidung und
Sicherheitsschuhe getragen werden.
● Nur qualifiziertes, eingewiesenes und zuverlässiges
Personal darf das System installieren.
● Zu schulendes, anzulernendes, einzuweisendes oder
sich im Rahmen einer allgemeinen Ausbildung befindliches Personal darf nur unter Aufsicht einer erfahrenen
Person am System tätig werden.
● An elektrischen Einrichtungen darf nur Personal mit
speziellen Kenntnissen und entsprechender Ausbildung
arbeiten.

Ensure that the all federal, state and local regulations in
this regard are fulfilled.
● Proper protective clothing, footwear and safety gear
must be worn.

● Any work on electrical systems must be performed

Die Standard-Einheit
1
Die Standard-Einheit wird als vorgefertigte Einheit (1)
geliefert. Die Standardlänge der Einheit beträgt 1,50 m.
Der LBT Führungskanal besteht aus mehreren vorgefertigte
Einheiten, die zusammengeschraubt werden. Die vorgefertigten Einheiten sollten nur in vertikaler Lage geliefert und
transportiert werden.
Der Führungskanal ist in zwei Versionen erhältlich.
A Version mit Gleitschiene
B Version ohne Gleitschiene

The standard unit
The standard unit is supplied as a preassembled unit (1).

The length of the standard unit is 1.50 m. The LBT guide
channel consists of several of these preassembled units
which are screwed together. The preassembled units should
be delivered and transported vertically prior to installation.
The guide channel is available in two versions:
A Version with guide rail
B Version without guide rail
Die Nicht-Standard-Einheit
Die Nicht-Standard-Einheit wird in ihren Einzelteilen
geliefert und muss vor der Verwendung zusammengebaut
werden. Sie ist mit der Standard-Einheit identisch, wird
aber aus organisatorischen / technischen Gründen in
Einzelteilen geliefert
The non-standard unit

The non-standard unit is supplied in a disassembled state
and must be assembled before use. It is identical to the
standard unit but is supplied in its component parts
for technical reasons.

Montage des Führungskanals
Vor der Montage des Führungskanals muss die Unterkonstruktion der Konsolen vollständig vorhanden und
ordnungsgemäß befestigt sein. Das korrekte Niveau der
einzelnen Konsolen und die Parallelität zur Kranschiene
gemäß der Zeichnung 21818.0 ist einzuhalten.
Horizontale Abweichung 12
( ) +/- 5mm zur Fahrschiene,
vertikale Abweichung Bild 13 +/- 5mm zur Fahrschiene.
Die Unterkonstruktion muss waagerecht montiert werden.
Der vorgegebene Stützabstand von 1.500 mm +/- 1 mm
zwischen den einzelnen Konsolen ist einzuhalten. Das
Referenzmaß liegt in der Mitte des Führungskanals (siehe
Zeichnung 21818).

Eine Richtschnur 14
( ) soll vor Beginn der Montage des Führungskanals für die korrekte Anbringung und für das gerade

Die Montage der Führungskanal Einheiten beginnt in der
Mitte des Führungskanals und wird von dort in beide
Richtungen fortgeführt.
Zur einen Seite der Führungskanal mit Gleitschiene zur
anderen der Führungskanal ohne Gleitschiene.

Guide channel assembly
Before the guide channel is assembled, the mounting base
must be ready and the consoles must be correctly fitted.
The correct level of the individual consoles and the parallel
alignment conform to the details in drawing 21818.0 must
be strictly observed.
A maximum horizontal deviation (12) of +/- 5mm to the crane
rail and a maximum vertical deviation 13
( ) of +/- 5mm to the
crane rail is to be observed. The base must be mounted
horizontally. The support clearance of 1,500 mm +/- 1mm
between the individual consoles must be strictly observed.
The reference point is located in the centre of the guide
channel (see drawing 21818).
An alignment line 14

channel to ensure correct attachment and straight alignment

Mounting of the guide channel unit commences in the centre
of the guide channel and is fitted in both directions from
this point.

Vorerst lose fixieren und an der Richtschnur ausrichten. Der
Führungskanal muss über den gesamten Verfahrweg parallel (horizontal und vertikal) zur Kranschiene montiert sein.
Die Toleranzen müssen vor dem festen Verschrauben gemäß
Toleranzangaben Zeichnung 21818.0 eingestellt sein.
Die E-Kette® wird beginnend mit dem Festpunkt, Anschlusselement mit Bolzen, in den Führungskanal ohne Gleitschiene
eingezogen.
Der Festpunkt wird mittels Klemmstück in der Mitte des
Verfahrweges direkt am Übergang zum Führungskanal
mit Gleitschiene verschraubt.
Loosely attach the guide channel first and then align it with
the alignment line. The guide channel must be installed
parallel (horizontally and vertically) to the crane rail along
its entire travel range.

The tolerances must conform to the details stated in drawing 21818.0 before the screws are permanently tightened.

The energy chain (E- chain) is pulled into the guide channel
without the guide rail commencing at the fixed point
connection element with bolts.
The fixed point is screwed onto the centre of the travel path
with a clamping element directly at the transition point of
the guide channel with the guide rail.

Nach Verschraubung des Festpunktes wird der Mitnehmer
in den Führungskanal eingezogen.
Es ist darauf zu achten, dass der Mitnehmer parallel zum
Führungskanal ausgerichtet ist. Ebenfalls muss der Mitnehmer auf die exakte Höhe montiert werden. Maß nach Zeichnung 21818.0.

Vor Inbetriebnahme sind folgende Punkte zu prüfen und
durchzuführen. Die Zugentlastung der Leitungen muss am
Festpunkt und Mitnehmer der E-Kette® erfolgen. Dabei ist
zu beachten, dass die Leitungen in beiden Endstellungen
frei im Radius liegen. Der Mitnehmer darf beim Verfahren in
beide Endstellungen über den gesamten Verfahrweg nicht
am Führungskanal anlaufen, weder horizontal noch vertikal.
In beide Endstellungen muss ein Kettenglied, welches nicht
in den Biegeradius einschwenkt und spannungsfrei liegt,
als Reserve vorhanden sein.

After the fixed point has beenscrewed on, the moving arm
is pulled into the guide channel.
It is important to ensure that the moving arm is aligned
parallel to the guide channel. The moving arm must be
fitted at the exact height. The dimensions can be found in
drawing 21818.0.

The following points must be inspected and verified before
commissioning. The strain relief for the cables must be
implemented on the fixed point and on the moving arm of
the E-chain. It is important to ensure that the cables at both
end run through the radius of the energy chain. The moving
arm may not contact the guide channel along the entire
travel either horizontally or vertically in both end positions
One chain element which does not turn into the bending
radius and which is not subject to strain must be available
as a reserve at both end positions.
