The EKOS roller switching systems
enable lubrication-free sliding of
the switch blades during the
switch-over procedure. The lubrication of the sliding plates is replaced completely, reliably and
lastingly by a robust roller system.
The EKOS components can be

are available in different variations
for all forms of rail profile. Here are
a few examples:
EKOS-V200-3
Diese EKOS-Variante ist für den
Einsatz in AREA-Weichen mit sehr
schmalem Zungenfuß konzipiert
worden. Die passende EKOSLösung zeichnet sich durch eine
besonders enge Anordnung der
Rollen aus, wodurch die Auflage
des schmalen Zungenfußes auf den
Rollen zu jedem Zeitpunkt gewährleistet ist. Ein Haltersystem sorgt
für stabilen und zuverlässigen Halt.
Diese EKOS-Variante ist für den
Einsatz in Weichen mit schienengleichem Zungenprofil entwickelt
worden. Die Befestigung wurde der
Zungenform entsprechend angepasst: Der EKOS wird an der
Außenseite des Backenschienenfußes in der Schwellenfachmitte
eingehängt und mittels Haltern
beidseitig auf den angrenzenden
Schwellen verschraubt.

The securing has been adapted in
accordance with the form of the
switch blade. The EKOS is hung in
the centre of the space between
the sleepers on the outside of the
rigid rail base plate and screwed to
both sides of the adjoining sleepers
using retainers.

Einsatz in Weichen der Oberbauart
Feste Fahrbahn konzipiert worden.
Er zeichnet sich durch die extrem
flache Bauart seines Grundkörpers
aus.
This EKOS variant has been designed for use in points with a fixed
rail form of superstructure. It distinguishes itself through the extremely
flat construction of its basic unit.

EKOS-V200-Modelle werden an der
Zungenspitze und Zungenmitte mit
Stellwegen > 60 mm eingebaut.
Der EKOS-Z200 wird bei kleinen
Verstellwegen am Zungenende eingesetzt. Die genaue Spezifizierung
und Anordnung der EKOS-Modelle

EKOS-V200 models are installed
on the tip and in the centre of the
switch blade with setting paths
