Wir passieren während unseres Lebens tausende
von Orten, dennoch sind nur einige davon etwas
Besonderes für uns. Was macht diese Lieblingsorte
aus? Welche Eigenschaften hat ein Lieblingsort?
Mit wem sucht man ihn auf? Mit wem teilt man
ihn?
der Ort wo Du wohnst, wo Du arbeitest. Aber
vielleicht nicht der Ort, aus dem Du ursprünglich
kommst oder wo Deine Familie wohnt.
Kiel:
DocsNet wurde konzipiert, um allen Jungwissenschaftlerinnen und Jungwissenschaftlern aus dem
In- und Ausland eine Möglichkeit zu bieten, sich
auszutauschen, und gemeinsam ein interkulturelles
Netzwerk zu bilden. Docs and the City lädt Dich
nun dazu ein, gemeinsam einen Schritt in die Stadt
hinaus zu gehen. Lass uns Kiel in den Ort verwandeln, in dem Du nicht nur lebst und arbeitest, sondern auch in einen kleinen Fleck Heimat.

WHAT MAKES A PLACE A HOME?
Isn’t it so that we pass thousands of places in our
life time and just a few of them grow to be special?
What designates a favourite place? What characteristics does it have? When do you go there? Whom
do you share it with?
Kiel: the place where you live, you study. But maybe
not the place you are originally from, or where your
family is.
DocsNet has been designed to be about meeting
other young researchers, about intercultural exchange
and about building a network together. With Docs
and the City we take the next step by leaving the
university context and sharing our favourite places
out in the city. Let us turn Kiel not only into a city
where you live and work, but into a little spot of personal Heimat as well!
