Under the name „Rheinische Maschinenfabrik - Hartmann & Bender” the company was founded in 1897 by Franz Hartmann.
Under the direction from his son Karl Hartmann and afterwards whose daughter
Doris Ruschmann the company were perpetual family owned.
Now the great grandson from the founder - Karlheinz Ruschmann - runs successfully the company in fourth generation,
together with his wife Anne.
The more than 100 years of family tradition in the metal processing industry
is the basis of our success in close collaboration with national and international companies.
Main area of the manufacturing was from the beginning on special engineering.
For nearly 40 years Hartmann & Bender produces machine parts and equipment for the glass container industry.
By our decades of experience and the resulting expertise, we are among the leading companies in this line of business.

Since January 2015 Mr. and Mrs. Ruschmann' son - Andreas Ruschmann – joins the company.
After successful studies for engineers and business administration, he is working as a fantastic technician in our company.
With new and fresh ideas he already developed a lot of new parts – mostly customer specials as well as complete
redevelopments.
With him a family tradition ﬁnds its continuation and Hartmann & Bender will be
well- conducted in ﬁfth generation.

Blank & Blow Mold Holders
H&B produziert für Sie Standard und kundenspeziﬁsche
Vor- und Fertigformhalter in SG bis QG Ausführungen.
Für die Produktion verwenden wir hochqualitativen
Kugelgraphitguss. Das Proﬁl ist so optimiert dass eine
hohe Lebensdauer der Halter gewährleistet ist. Wir liefern
Ihnen fertigmontierte und einsatzbereite Vor- und
Fertigformhalter, wie auch alle in den Baugruppen
enthaltenen Einzelteile. Gerne stehen wir für individuelle
Ausführungen zur Verfügung - Bitte sprechen Sie uns an
H&B produces standard and customized Blank &
Blow Mold Holders in SG to QG design. We are using
spheroidal graphite cast iron for production. The long-life
of the holders is also guaranteed by an optimized proﬁle.

Schalen
Das Vormaterial für die Fertigung unserer Schalen
besteht aus brenngeschnittenem Stahl bzw.
Kugelgraphitguss.
Wir stellen Schalen für SG, DG , TG und QG
Operationen her. Durch die anschließende
Wärmebehandlung wird eine hohe Standzeit
sichergestellt. Auf Kundenwunsch können Gussschalen
zusätzlich partiell gehärtet werden.
Inserts
For production of our inserts we are using plates
made of special steel and spheroidal graphite cast
iron blanks. We have a wide range of SG, DG, TG
and QG inserts. The treatment of heating is used to
guarantee high quality inserts. We can accommodate
a customer's preference by hardening localized areas
of the inserts twice.

Q.C. Cartridges /Blow & Blow Process sowie Plunger
Positioner (Press & Blow Process und NNPB Process)
stehen in großer Auswahl zur Verfügung. Wir liefern
Ihnen fertigmontierte und einsatzbereite Einsätze,

Vorbodenhalter
Bafﬂe-Arms
Unsere Halter werden aus Kugelgraphitguss-Rohlingen,
Gussblöcken im Rechteckformat und hochlegierten
gewalzten Aluminiumplatten hergestellt. Von uns erhalten
Sie Ihren Vorbodenhalter als Q.C Variante mit passender
Klemmvorrichtung sowie als Standardvariante mit Scharnier
oder Halbschalenarretierung im Bereich von 3" bis 6 ¼".
Bei beiden Ausführungen kann zwischen federbelasteten
und Standard-Lockringen gewählt werden.
Our Bafﬂe-Arms are produced of spheroidal
graphite cast iron blanks, Ingots in square
format and high-alloy rolled aluminum plates.
We are able to deliver Q.C. Bafﬂe-Arms with
the clamping device for piston and rod or the
standard design. In both assemblies you can
choice between standard and spring loaded
lockrings.
Natürlich können auch Einzelteile aus den Baugruppen
bezogen werden.

Trichterhalter
Funnel-Arms
Wir produzieren Q.C. Trichterhalter mit passender
Klemmvorrichtung sowie Standard-Trichterhalter in
allen gängigen Stichmaßen mit den dazugehörigen
Trichterringdurchmessern.
We have a wide range of Q.C. Funnel-Arms with
clamping devices for pistons and rods also we can
supply the Standard-Types. You can procure
assemblies and mounting parts from us.
Mündungshalter
Unser Lieferprogramm beinhaltet Mündungshalter von
SG bis QG in den Bereichen 3" bis 6 ¼".
Je nach Verfügbarkeit kann zwischen Straight-,
Offset- und Universal-Ausführung gewählt werden.

Neckring-Arms
In our delivery program we can offer different
Neckring-Arms from SG to QG. Available are center
distances from 3" to 6 ¼".
Depending on availability we can deliver straight,
offset, and universal designs.
Blaskopfhalter
Blow-Head-Arms
H&B Blaskopfhalter werden aus hochlegierten gewalzten
Aluminiumplatten gefräst. Wir liefern Q.C sowie
Standardausführungen von 3" bis 6 ¼" als SG,
DG & TG mit federbelasteten sowie Standard-Lockringen.
Anschraubbare Stahlgewindeanschlüsse für die Fertigblas
sowie Mündungskühlungsverbindung erhöhen die
Lebensdauer der Aluminiumarme.
High alloy rolled aluminum plates are the material used
for producing our Blow Head Arms. Our delivery program
includes SG, DG, TG Quick Change, and Standard Types
from 3" to 6 ¼" with spring loaded and Standard Lockrings.
Special steel thread connections for ﬁnal blowing and
ﬁnish cooling provide a long service life of the aluminum
arms.
Greiferarm
Take-Out-Tong-Arm
Der H&B-Greiferarm wird mit einem hitzebeständigen
Zahnriemen betrieben. Hochleistungsschmierfett in den
Kugel und Nadellagern tragen zu einer
Reibungsverringerung bei und erhöhen die Standzeit.
Sie erhalten von uns alle gängigen Stichmaße,
sowie alle Einzelteile aus der Baugruppe.
The H&B Take-Out-Tong-Arm is driven by a heat resistant
belt. High performance grease in the ball and needle
bearings contribute to the friction reduction with an
increase in service life. We are able to deliver the most
standard distances, as well as all the items from the
assembly.
Greiferkopf
Take-Out-Tong-Head
Im Fräsprozess entstehen bei uns aus hochlegierten
gewalzten Aluminiumplatten SG, DG, TG und QG
Greiferköpfe. Wir liefern Ihnen die gesamte Baugruppe
mit Anti Wink - oder Standard Greiferzangen, wie auch
die Einzelteile der Baugruppen.
Für Sonderlösungen wie z.B. Nachblaskühlungen
oder verstellbare Greiferköpfe sprechen Sie uns bitte an.
Our milling processes are arising Take-Out-Tong Heads
from SG to QG out of high-alloy rolled aluminum plates.
We provide you with the entire assembly with anti-wink
or standard tong holders, as well as individual parts of
the assemblies. For special solutions such as cooling
after ﬁnal blowing or adjustable Take-Out-Tong-Heads
please contact us.
