1. Für Manitou Gabeln mit hinter der Gabelbrücke angebrachtem Versteifungsbügel
(Reverse Arch Technology) ist ZWINGEND der
“RAT-Booster” zu verwenden, da der
Standardanbau hier NICHT funktioniert.

2. Ersetzen Sie die schwarzen
Abstützungen der Adapter durch die dem
RAT-Booster beiliegenden Hülsen
(Anzugsdreh-moment 4 Nm). Beginnen
Sie mit dem LINKEN Bremszylinder.
3. Fädeln Sie den Booster wie gezeigt ein.
4. Einheit auf den Canti-Sockel setzen und
befestigen.
2. Replace the black elbows of the evolution adaptor by the threaded caps delivered
with the RAT booster (tightening torque
4Nm/34 in.lbs.) Begin with the LEFT
slave cylinder.
2. Remplacez les coudes noires du kit
adaptateur évolution par les douilles livrées
avec l’arceau RAT. Commencez par le
côté gauche, couple 4 Nm.
3. Place the RAT booster as shown against
the adaptor.
3. Positionnez l’arceau RAT comme démontré.
4. Mount the unit onto the canti stud.
4. Montez l’unité sur le tasseau.

1. Pour les fourches Manitou disposant d’un
rigidificateur derrières les plongeurs
(Reverse Arch System), l’arceau standard ne
peut pas être utilisé. Dans ce cas-là il faut
donc prendre OBLIGATOIREMENT l’arceau RAT.

1. For Manitou forks with “Reverse Arch
Technology” (fork brace BEHIND the upper
legs) the standard booster does NOT fit. You
need for this at any rate the “RAT-booster”.

6. Gehen Sie auf der gegenüberliegenden
rechten Seite analog vor und schließen
Sie den Schnellspanner.
7. Korrekt montierter RAT-Booster. Die
Hülsen MÜSSEN in den Bohrungen
des RAT-Boosters sitzen!
WICHTIG: der RAT Booster kann
nur in der gezeigten Adapterposition
montiert werden (MAGURA Logo ist bei
Aufsicht auf der RECHTEN Seite!)
5. Tightening torque:
6 Nm/51 in.lbs.

and close the quick release.

7. Correctly mounted RAT-booster.
The caps must fit the drills of the RAT booster.
IMPORTANT: the RAT booster can
only be mounted with the adaptor position shown here (MAGURA logo is on
the RIGHT side!).
