Preisliste für The Unscrambler X

Alle Preise verstehen sich netto zuzüglich gesetzlicher
Mehrwertsteuer (19%). Irrtümer, Änderungen und Fehler sind
vorbehalten.
The Unscrambler wird mit einer Staffelung verkauft. Beim Kauf von
mehreren Lizenzen beziehen Sie sich bitte auf den Gesamtpreis.
Flexi License Solution
Die Flexi License Solution ist für Unternehmen gedacht, welche eine
größere Anzahl von potenziellen Anwendern hat, aber nur für eine
Handvoll von diesen Lizenzen beziehen möchte. Die Flexi License
Solution ermöglicht den Erwerb von Lizenzen, welche für die
gleichzeitige Benutzung, unterschiedlicher Enduser ausgerichtet sind.
Beispiel:
Flexi License Solution - 2 Concurrent Use - 3 Clients
Am obigen Beispiel können Sie die Lizenz für 3 Clients installieren,
2 von diesen Clients können die Software gleichzeitig benutzen.
Der Preis für die obige Lizenz berechnet sich wie folgt:
Preis für die Anzahl von Concurrent User* (9975,00 EUR) +
30 % von der Anzahl der Clients* (30% von 14175 = 4252,50 EUR) =
14227,50 EUR
(*basierend auf den Preisen für Single User Lizenzen)
Für die Flexi License Solution muss der Wartungsvertrag jedes Jahr
verlängert werden. Der Wartungsvertrag ist beim Kauf der Software für
das erste Jahr inkludiert. Wird der Wartungsvertrag gekündigt und/oder
nicht verlängert, sind nur noch die Anzahl der Concurrent User der Flexi
License Solution nutzbar.
Wartungsvertrag
Die Software wird mit einem gültigen Wartungsvertrag für 1 Jahr
geliefert. Der Wartungsvertrag gibt Ihnen u.a. die Möglichkeit auf
Upgrades zu neuen Versionen. Der Wartungsvertrag muss mind. 90
Tage vor Ablauf gekündigt werden, ansonsten wird dieser automatisch
verlängert.
Der Preis für die Verlängerung des Wartungsvertrages entspricht 22%
vom Einkaufspreis der Software.

Pricelist of The Unscrambler X

All prices are exclusive of tax (19%). All prices are subject to
misapprehensions, errors and changes.
Prices for The Unscrambler licenses are calculated with a graduating price.
Please refer to the total price when buying multiple licenses.
Flexi License Solution
The flexi license solution is intended for companies who have a handful of
potential users but only want to purchase licenses for a couple of them.
The flexi license solution offers the possibility of concurrent use licenses,
which can be used from multiple users at the same time.
Example:
Flexi License Solution - 2 Concurrent Use - 3 Clients
The above license can be installed on 3 clients, 2 of them can use the
software simultaneously.
Prices are calculated as following:
Price for the Number of Concurrent User* (9975,00 EUR) +
30 % of the Number of Clients* (30% of 14175 = 4252,50 EUR) =
14227,50 EUR
(*based on the prices for Single User licenses)
Subscription to the Support and Maintenance Program is mandatory for the
flexi license solution. This is charged at 22% of the total list price. If the
subscription is cancelled the company may only retain the number of
accessible user licenses equivalent to the number of simultaneous licenses
originally purchased.
Maintenance Program
Every software purchased comes with an included maintenance program
for 1 year. Maintenance provides among other things Upgrades to new
versions. The customer has to cancel the Support and Maintenance
Agreement minimum 90 days before a new period starts. If not,
maintenance will be renewaled automatically.
Prices for a renewal of the maintenance program is equal to 22% of the
current list price from the license purchased.
