Dort, wo die Verbindung von Vormauerschale mit der Tragschale nicht mehr oder nur noch teilweise gegeben ist, ist das
DESOI Spiralankersystem Anker Plus W die ideale Lösung. Das System besteht aus dem DESOI Anker Plus W und dem
DESOI Spiralankermörtel.
Der Anker Plus W wird in den Spiralankermörtel eingedreht. Die Verdrillung des Spiralankers bewirkt einen höheren
Haftverbund zwischen den beiden Systemkomponenten. Die thixotrope Konsistenz des Spiralankermörtels verhindert
das Abfließen in Zwischen- und Hohlräume.
Der DESOI Anker Plus W aus austenitischem Edelstahl hat einen Nenndurchmesser von 8 mm und ist in Zuschnitten
zwischen 180 mm und 400 mm (in 20er Schritten) erhältlich.
Hinweis
Die Sanierung von Mauerwerk erfordert umfassende Kenntnis des Bauzustandes. Die Verankerungen sind ingenieurmäßig zu planen und zu bemessen. Nach DIN 1053-1:1996-11 Abschnitt 8.4.3, Tabelle 11 beträgt die Mindestanzahl
5 Anker je m2.
Wherever the connection facing and loadbearing wall does not – or partly not – exist anymore, the DESOI spiral anchor
system Anchor Plus W is the ideal solution. The system consists of the DESOI Anchor Plus W and the DESOI anchor
mortar.
The DESOI Anchor Plus W is screwed into the anchor mortar. The twist of the spiral anchor produces a higher adhesive
bond between the two system components. The thixotropic consistency prevents the anchor mortar from flowing into the
cavities.
The DESOI Anchor Plus W of austenitic stainless steel has a nominal diameter of 8 mm and is available in pre-cuts of
between 180 mm and 400 mm (steps of 20 mm).
Information
The rehabilitation of masonry requires comprehensive knowledge of the structural condition. The anchoring must be
planned and dimensioned by an expert. Acc. to DIN 1053-1:1996-11, section 8.4.3, table 11, the minimum number of
anchors is 5 per m².

Anwendung der Drehvorrichtung
Die Drehvorrichtung kommt bei der Vernadelung zum Einsatz. Der DESOI Spiralankermörtel
wird in das Bohrloch eingefüllt. Mit Hilfe eines Akkuschraubers oder einer Bohrmaschine
wird der Spiralanker mit der Drehvorrichtung in den frischen Mörtel eingedreht. Durch das
Eindrehen des Spiralankers in den Spiralankermörtel wird ein nahezu perfekter Oberflächenkontakt erzeugt.
Application of the screw-in device
The screw-in device is most suitable for pinning. Fill the drill hole with DESOI spiral anchor
mortar. Use the screw-in device with a cordless screwdriver or power drill to screw the
spiral anchor into the fresh mortar. Screwing the spiral anchor into the spiral anchor mortar
produces an almost perfect surface contact.

Kontrolle der Ankertragfähigkeit
Die Kontrolle sollte an mindestens 5 Ankern je Wandfläche durchgeführt werden und gilt als
erfolgreich, wenn bei der Probebelastung von 1,5 kN in der Tragschale:
5 x Ausziehversuch: 0,5 mm,
10 x Ausziehversuch: 1,1 mm,
bei der Tragschale aus Mauerwerk: 1,0 mm bei Beton, nicht überschritten wird.

Anchor load test
The load test should be carried out at minimum 5 anchors per wall surface and is
considered successful if the test load of 1.5 kN in the load bearing wall:
5 x load test: 0.5 mm,
10 x load test: 1.1 mm,
for load bearing masonry wall: 1.0 mm for load bearing concrete wall, is not exceeded.

Planung und Ausführung von Injektionsarbeiten sowie der Qualitätskontrolle unterschiedlich interpretiert werden. Aus diesem Grund haben wir die Idee zu einem Injektions-ABC in die Tat umgesetzt. Es
sind die Ergebnisse aus 30 Jahren praktischer Arbeit sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit Bauspezialisten,

“What is injection?”
This is a frequently asked question when we are consulted about using injection techniques for the
rehabilitation of damaged structures. The subjects of sealing structures, and especially their additional
preservation and rehabilitation by injection, are rarely included in university and engineering college
curricula. This results in various interpretations of technical standards and practices for the planning
and execution of injection work and its quality control. Desoi therefore decided to put the idea of an
online ABC of injection into practice. Their more than 30 years of practical on-site experience and
input from construction experts, engineers, scientists and researchers have been used to produce a
comprehensive guide to injection.
