gegenüber nicht widerrufen wird. Die Vollmacht umfasst die Vertretung bzw. Mitwirkung der Bevollmächtigten in allen gerichtlichen Instanzen, insbesondere
auch im Berufungs- und Revisionsverfahren.
The authorized patent attorneys are authorized to
grant powers of substitution. The place of settlement
and the court for all claims arising out of the legal relationship existing by virtue of the Power of Attorney are
at Munich (Germany). The legal relationship between
the authorized patent attorneys and the constituent is
exclusively subject to German law. The power is also
extended to an administrator (trustee, liquidator) of the
office of the Patent Attorneys unless revoked. The
authorization covers the representation and assistance
of the authorized patent attorneys in all judicial instances and in particular before the appeal court and
the supreme court.
