Ausschnitt einer Scheunenwand | Nähe Geiseltalsee, Sachsen-Anhalt.
Die gegenläufigen Ziegelbruchstücke zwischen den Stampflehmlagen sind
charakteristisch für die regionale Lehmbautradition.

A) Albersroda, Hauptstraße. Scheune, erbaut 1923 | Zwischen die
Stampflehmlagen wurden gegenläufige Ziegelbruchstücke angebracht.
B) Niederröblingen, Ortskern | Scheune in Stampflehmtechnik, Sockel
und Giebel mit Naturstein errichtet.
C) Spielberg, Ortskern | Unter der Anwendung verschiedener Techniken
errichtete Scheune: Natursteinsockel, Wellerlehm, Stampflehm, Mauerziegel
D) Steigra, Friedensstraße (2007) | Kleines Wohnhaus als Stampflehmgebäude errichtet, Giebel aus Mauerziegeln. Die Putzlagen haben die Lehmwände gut erhalten.

Gehöft in Mischbauweise. Ursprünglich wurde das Gebäude aus
Wellerlehm errichtet und später in Pisétechnik erneuert, Jüdendorf,
Sachsen-Anhalt
A) Hofseite des Gebäudes B) D) Scheune in Weller- und
Stampflehmtechnik (2006). Knapp 4 Jahre später stürzte die rückseitige
Längswand (C) ein, was den Abriss zur Folge hatte.
Farm building, various earth building techniques. Originally build of
cob, the building has been renewed at a later stage in rammed earth

Anfang des 19. Jh. wurde diese Stampflehmmauer als Umfassungsmauer der Domäne Greene | Südfrankreich errichtet.
Die Mauer war mit einem Kalkanstrich gegen Schlagregen geschützt, Reste
sind unter der Verdachung noch zu erkennen.

Die 40 m lange Stampflehmmauer symbolisiert die Erdschichten, die das
Wasser filtern bis sie an der Quelle von Chaudfontaine ankommen.

Stampflehmworkshop beim ‚Clayfest‘ 2015 in Errol, Schottland,
ein einwöchiges Festival organisiertvon EBUKI (Earth Building UK & Ireland).
Zum Bauder Säulen wurde lokal anstehender Boden (Lößboden mit zu 70 %
Lößanteil )getrocknet und mit scharfkantigem Sand gemischt.

Rammed earth workshop at Clayfest 2015 in Errol, Scotland,
a weeklong festival organised by Earth Building UK & Ireland. Subsoil used
was local, dine silty clay (up to 70% silt). It was dried, crushed and mixed
with the local sharp gritty sand to build the columns with.
Die Stampflehmbaukurse wurden von Rowland Keable angeleitet.
Die ungewöhnlich gedrehten und geformten Stampflehmsäulen
zeigen die mögliche Formenvielfalt von Stampflehmarbeiten.

The workshops were led by Rowland Keable.
Rammed Earth columns were constructed, the forms being twisted and
distorted to show the capability to build with complexity of shapes.
