Die Herausforderung an das Gesundheitswesen
von heute und MORGEN...
Liebe Kolleginnen,
liebe Kollegen,
im Mai 2016 steht eine ganze Woche unter dem Generalthema des
Alterns. Wissenschaftlich erwiesen, stellt uns die Tatsache, dass unsere
Gesellschaft immer älter wird, bereits heute und vor allem in der Zukunft
vor enorme Herausforderungen. Keine Profession des
Gesundheitswesens - Pflege, Medizin, Ökonomie - kann die Augen
verschließen und die Veränderungen einfach auf sich zukommen
lassen. Nur eine Zusammenarbeit zwischen den Bereichen kann eine
Vereinbarkeit von finanziellen, pflegerischen und medizinischen Zielen
erreichen. Und diese ist absolut notwendig um unser so oft gelobtes
Gesundheitssystem aufrechterhalten zu können. Analysen, intensiver
interdisziplinärer Austausch und konkrete Strategien sind unverzichtbar
um diese Zukunft mitzugestalten - denn auch wir werden irgendwann
älter...
Diese bereits überfälligen wissenschaftlichen Diskussionen erhalten in
der Zeit von 9. - 14. Mai 2016 ihren notwendigen Raum. In dieser Woche
vereinen sich erstmals drei bisher eigenständige Fachtagungen zu einer
gemeinsamen, grenzüberschreitenden und interdisziplinären
Tagungswoche in Villach und Venedig. Sie haben die Möglichkeit
einzelne Veranstaltungen für sich auszuwählen oder auch an der
gesamten Themenwoche, voll von interdisziplinären Vorträgen,
Workshops, Podiumsdiskussionen und Industrieausstellungen
teilzunehmen.
„Wir werden älter...” - begleiten Sie uns durch Tage des Hörens,
Denkens und Diskutierens über Disziplinen hinweg. Als
GesundheitsmanagerInnen, diplomiertes Gesundheits- und
Krankenpflegepersonal sowie MedizinerInnen sind es Ihre
Herausforderung und Ihre Zukunft die es gilt heute zu gestalten, denn
nicht nur Ihre Patienten werden älter. In diesem Sinne freuen wir uns, Sie
zu dieser innovativen Themenwoche willkommen zu heißen. Sie dürfen
sich gemeinsam mit dem Veranstalterteam auf interessante
Konferenztage freuen, welche rein an Diskussionsstoff und

The challenges for the health system
today and TOMORROW
Dear colleagues,
in May 2016 a full congress week will be held on the topic of „ageing”.
It has been scientifically proven that our society is getting older and we
therefore face tremendous challenges now and will continue to do so in
the future. No healthcarei sector (nursing, medicine, economy) can turn
a blind eye to this and adopt a wait-and-see attitude. Greater
compatibility between financial and medical objectives can only be
achieved through the collaboration of different sectors. This is necessary
to sustain our frequently praised health system. Analyses, intensive
interdisciplinary exchange and practical strategies are crucial for
shaping our shared future - as we will eventually get older too...
„We‘re living longer...” will be the main topic during these days filled with
listening, thought and discussion across the range of disciplines. Your
patients are getting older and so are you... this is why you - as healthcare
managers, qualified health and nursing staff, medical doctors - need to
act now and start tackling the challenges of tomorrow.

will be held jointly in a cross-border, interdisciplinary manner, during a
