Willis Eayrs is an independent Corporate Financial Advisor. In this role, he advises
middle market companies and their shareholders with respect to the purchase and
sale of business interests by valuing and financing business enterprises and
negotiating business exchanges. He also serves as a financial expert witness in
international litigation matters. Prior to this, he was a Senior Vice President at
Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg and an Assistant Director at J. Henry Schroder &
Co. Ltd. in London. In addition to his work as a financial advisor, he is a Lecturer at
the University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule) in Esslingen (Germany) and City
University in Seattle (USA). Willis Eayrs holds a B.S. in Business Management from
the University of Maryland and an M.S. in Business Administration from Boston
University. He also earned a postgraduate Diploma in Management Research from
the University of Bradford in the U.K. He currently serves on the board of the
International Association of Consultants, Valuators and Analysts (IACVA). He has
authored or co-authored numerous articles and books on the topics of corporate
finance and M&A. His academic and research interests focus on the valuation of
private companies.
