In this role, he advises middle market companies and their shareholders with respect to the purchase and sale of business interests by valuing and financing business enterprises and negotiating business exchanges. He also serves as a financial expert witness in international litigation matters. Prior to this, he was a Senior Vice President at Landesbank Baden-Wuerttemberg and an Assistant Director at J. Henry Schroder & Co. Ltd. in London. In addition to his work as a financial advisor, he is a Lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences (Hochschule) in Esslingen (Germany) and City University in Seattle (USA). Willis Eayrs holds a B.S. in Business Management from the University of Maryland and an M.S. in Business Administration from Boston University.
