ABLAUF USI BÜRO INSKRIPTION
Der erste Teil der Kursplätze wurde online über MY USI DATA (ab Di, 16.02.2016) vergeben.
Der zweite Teil der Kursplätze (ca. 4000) wird bei der Büro-Inskription vergeben.
Am ersten Büro-Inskriptionstag (Mo, 22.02.2016) werden ab 06.30 Uhr für die
ersten beiden Anmeldetage insgesamt 1600 Nummern im Hauptgebäude,
Universitätsplatz 3, ausgegeben.
Am Mo, 22.02.2016 werden die Anmelde-Nummern 001 bis 800 und am
Di, 23.02.2016 die Anmelde-Nummern 801 bis 1600 inskribiert.
Pro Person dürfen maximal 5 Nummern (das bedeutet man kann max.
4 Personen in Vertretung anmelden) ausgegeben werden.
Für jede anzumeldende Person ist eine Nummer zu ziehen. Dazu sind die
Studienausweise von jeder Person (auch von den Vertretungen) vorzuzeigen!
Pro Person (Nummer) können maximal 5 Kurse gebucht werden.
Wir ersuchen bei der Büroinskription um BARZAHLUNG.
Ab Mi, 24.02.2016 erfolgt die Inskription im USI Büro ohne
Anmelde-Nummern (08-12 Uhr)
Am Fr, 26.02.2016 werden ab 14 Uhr alle freien (Büro-) Kursplätze auch zur
Online-Inskription über MY USI DATA freigegeben.
Freie Kursplätze können aber auch weiterhin im USI Büro gebucht werden.
Die USI Sportkurse beginnen ab Di, 01.03.2016 - laut Plan.
Stornierungen können nur persönlich bis Di, 15.03.2016 - 12 Uhr
im USI Büro vorgenommen werden

DEADLINES FOR ENROLMENT
IN THE USI OFFICE
A certain number of course slots were allocated online via MY USI DATA as from 16th
February. A further number of course slots (approx. 4,000) will be allocated on enrolment in
the USI office.
On the first day of enrolment in the USI office (22nd February from 6:30 am
onwards), a total of 1,600 numbers will be issued in the main building
(Universitätsplatz 3) for the first two days of enrolment.
Monday 22nd February: enrolment for the registration numbers 001 to 800.
Tuesday 23rd February: enrolment for the registration numbers 801 to 1600.
A maximum of 5 numbers may be issued per person – this means that you may
register for a maximum of 4 other persons on their behalf. A number shall be
allocated for each person that wishes to enrol. Furthermore, presentation of
student identity cards is necessary (this also applies to persons acting on behalf
of someone else).
A maximum of 5 courses may be booked per person (number). We request
CASH PAYMENT for course enrolment in the USI office.
As from Wednesday 24th February enrolment will take place in the USI office
without the issue of registration numbers (8 am – 12 o’clock noon).
It will be possible to enrol online via MY USI DATA for available course slots
(office) on Friday 26th February from 2pm onwards.
It will be possible to book available course slots in person in the USI office.
USI sports courses commence as from 1st March 2016 according to schedule.
Cancellations are only possible if done in person in the USI office by 12 o’clock
noon on the 15th February 2016 (fee for cancellation of or changing courses:
EURO 3).
