Achtung:
Alle Leitungen max. 300mm abmanteln. Die Einzeladern dürfen
max. 7mm abgesetzt werden. Aderenden entsprechend der
Skizze jeweils in 10-15mm Abstand zur Klemme mit beigelegten Kabelbindern (9) zusammen binden.
Beigelegte Kabeldurchführungstüllen in die Öffnung(en) (9) einsetzen und Anschlussleitung(en) von innen her durchführen.
Mastkappe auf den Mast setzen und mit Gewindestift (10) fixieren.
Lampenbezeichnungssystem nach ZVEI
Betriebshinweise der Lampenhersteller beachten.

Leuchte besteht aus Aluminium, Aluminiumguss, Edelstahl, Einscheibensicherheitsglas, Reflektor aus Reinstaluminium.
Ausleger und Systemknoten aus Aluminiumguss.
Mast aus feuerverzinktem Stahl.
Hinweise
Montage und elektrischer Anschluss müssen durch eine Elektrofachkraft erfolgen. Bei Montage und Betrieb sind die nationalen
Sicherheitsvorschriften zu beachten.
Die der Leuchte beiliegenden Allgemeinen Hinweise sind unbedingt zu beachten.
Leuchte darf nur mit ihrer vollständigen Schutzabdeckung betrieben
werden.
Leuchte ist auch für Innenräume (ta=25°C) geeignet.
Leuchte ist nur in einem bauseitig gestellten Kabelverschlusskasten
(KVK) zum Durchschleifen geeignet.
Montage Systemknoten mit Ausleger
Schrauben (25) und Fächerscheiben (26) lösen und Systemknoten
(13) öffnen. Anschlussleitung(en) durch den Ausleger (14) führen.
Mastknoten am Mast ausrichten. Schrauben mit Fächerscheiben
wieder einsetzen und mit einem Drehmoment von 8Nm anziehen.
Gewindestift anziehen.
Montage Leuchte
Schnellverschlüsse (24) durch Drehung entgegen Uhrzeigersinn
lösen und Gehäusedeckel (23) abschwenken. Schrauben (21) und
Fächerscheiben (22) lösen und elektrische Einrichtung (20) aus
Gehäuse (16) herausnehmen.
Anschlussleitung aus Ausleger durch die Kabelverschraubung (15)
max. 300mm ins Gehäuse einführen und Verschraubung mit einem
Drehmoment von 6,25Nm anziehen.
Das Gehäuse mit Schrauben (18) und Fächerscheiben (17) am
Ausleger befestigen. Schrauben mit einem Drehmoment von 8Nm
anziehen. Die Anschlussleitung im Gehäuse an Steckverbinder (19)
anschließen.
Leuchte in umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder zusammen bauen.
Lampe einsetzen und Gehäuseglasdeckel schließen.
Schnellverschlüsse durch Drehung im Uhrzeigersinn verriegeln.
Reflektoreinstellung (Nicht bei der Version 2xTCL36)
Montage Mast
Masttür (1) öffnen und KVK auf C-Schiene (3) befestigen. Feste
Anschlussleitung durch Kabeldurchführung des Masts (2) bis zum
Anschlussbereich führen. Die Einstecktiefe des Mastes beträgt
1000mm.
Die beiden Reflektorschalen (11) können von werkseitig breitstrahlend auf engstrahlend eingestellt werden. Hierzu müssen die beiden Schrauben (12) gelöst werden. Halbschalen nach innen drehen
und mit den Schrauben befestigen.
Lampe einsetzen - wechseln
Schnellverschlüsse (24) durch Drehung um 90° entgegen Uhrzeigersinn lösen und Rahmen (23) abschwenken. Lampe einsetzen
bzw. wechseln. Rahmen schließen und Schnellverschlüsse durch
Drehung im Uhrzeigersinn schließen.

Note:
The jackets of the connection cables have to be removed less
than 30mm. The wires must be skinned max. 7 mm. Wires
have to be tied up by the supplied cable fixers in a distance
of 10-15mm to the terminal (see figure).
Lead connection cable(s) down through the pole and feed through
cable entry(ies) (9) using supplied cable gland(s). Mount pole cap
on pole and secure with setscrew (10).
Cantilever
Undo screws (25) and washers (26) to open connection part (13)
of cantilever (14). Lead connection cable(s) through the
cantilever. Align connection part of cantilever to the pole and
tighten screws and washers with a torque of 8Nm. Secure with set
screw.
Lamp designation system in accordance with ZVEI
Observe operating instructions of lamp manufacturer.

safety glass, reflector made of pure aluminium.
Pole made of hot-dip galvanized steel.
Luminaire head
Undo fast-locks (24) and open cover (23). Undo screws (21) and
washers (22). Take the electrical equipment (20) out of the
housing (16).
Feed connection cable(s) through cable gland(s) (15) into housing
(max 300mm). Tighten cable gland with a torque of 6,25Nm.
Connect housing with cantilever using screws (18) and washers
(17). Tighten screws with a torque of 8Nm.
Connect cable(s) to plug connector (19). Reassemble luminaire in
reverse order. Insert lamp. Close cover and rotate fast-locks
clockwise to lock.
Adjustment of reflector position
The delivery position is wide beam. Unfasten screws (12) to
change to the narrow beam position. Rotate the two reflectors

Open access door (1) and fasten the customer-provided cable box to the
C-channel (3). Lead fixed connection cable through cable entry of the pole
up to access door area. The insertion depth of the pole (2) is 1000mm.
Pole cap
Lead customer-provided fixe flexible connection cable (l ~ 4.5 mts) from
access door area up to terminal (4). Connect cable to terminal and secure
with cable clip (5).
Connect fixed flexible connection cable(s) for luminaire head(s) to
terminal (4) of pole cap and fixate with cable clip(s) (7) (see figure). Attach
push-on contact(s) to protection conductor(s) and connect to blade
terminal (6).
