Große Leistungen beginnen meist mit kleinen
Schritten. So auch bei MIDITEC, gegründet
1983. Zunächst entwickelte die Gesellschaft
IT-Lösungen für die Automatisierungstechnik.
Great achievements usually start with small steps.
This was also the case with MIDITEC, founded in
1983. In the beginning the company developed
IT-Solutions for automation technology.
Es folgten viele weitere interessante und
anspruchsvolle Projekte, bei denen Themen wie
Zeiterfassung und Sicherheit eine zunehmend
größere Rolle spielten. Um der inhaltlichen Entwicklung Rechnung zu tragen, erfolgte Ende der
Neunzigerjahre die Umbenennung der Firma in
MIDITEC Datensysteme GmbH.
This was followed by many more interesting and
challenging projects in which subjects such as
time recording and security played an increasingly
large role. In order to take this content-related
development into account, at the end of the
1990´s, the company changed its name to
MIDITEC Datensysteme GmbH.
Heute ist MIDITEC einer der führenden Anbieter
von Hard- und Software-Lösungen für Zutrittsmanagement, Gebäudesicherheit, Zeitwirtschaft und
Lösungen für die Hotellerie. Ein mittelständisches
Unternehmen, wirtschaftlich gesund und innovativ. Entwickelt und produziert wird immer noch
in Bremen, geliefert in die ganze Welt. Aus dem
kleinen Mietbüro in der Innenstadt wurde ein
eigenes Geschäftshaus im Technologiepark, die
Zahl der Mitarbeiter wuchs auf über 70 und die
Begeisterung ist immer noch dieselbe.
Miditec is now one of the leading providers of
hard- and software solutions in the areas of
access management, building security, time and
attendance and hotel solutions. It is a medium
sized company that is commercially healthy and
innovative. Development and manufacture still
take place in Bremen, with deliveries all over the
world. What began as a small rental office in the
Bremen city centre now has its own business
premises in a technology park, the number of
employees has grown to over 70 and the enthusiasm remains the same.

Time Management – Operate efficiently with time
„Zeit ist Geld“, heißt es. Das gilt besonders für
Arbeitszeit. Ob Arbeitsbeginn, Pause oder Feierabend: Mit einem Terminal im Eingangsbereich
kann jedes Kommen und Gehen gebucht werden. Die gewonnenen Informationen lassen
sich auf vielfältige Weise nutzen. So existieren
beispielsweise zahlreiche Software-Schnittstellen,
die eine automatische Übernahme und Weiterverarbeitung der Daten zu den meisten Lohn- und
Gehaltssystemen ermöglichen. Sind bereits
technologische Infrastrukturen des Zutrittsmanagements vorhanden, können sie mit geringem
Aufwand für Zeitwirtschaft und weitere Anwendungen genutzt werden.

especially applies to working time. Whether it is
the start of the working day, a break or finishing
time: With a terminal in the entrance area, every
coming and going can be recorded. The gained
information can be used in many ways. There
are numerous existing software interfaces which
enable automatic transfer and further processing
of the data to most of the current payment and
salary systems. If the appropriate technological
infrastructure for access management already
exists, it can be used for time management and
additional applications with a low degree of expenditure.

Mit MTZ® Time können flexibel Arbeitszeiten
erfasst und geplant werden. Die Arbeitszeitmodelle der MTZ®Time sind frei parametrierbar.
With MTZ® Time you can record and plan
working hours flexibly. The attendance models of
MTZ® Time are freely configurable.
MTZ® Time berechnet automatisch Arbeits-,
Zuschlags- und Fehlgrundzeiten und gibt diese an
das Lohn- und Gehaltssystem weiter. Alle Berechnungen werden genau auf die im Unternehmen
gängigen Arbeitszeitmodelle und Vergütungen
zugeschnitten. Übersichtliche Tages-, Monatsoder Jahresansichten sorgen für eine schnelle
Übersicht und die Möglichkeit, manuelle Korrekturen vorzunehmen. Damit verringert MTZ® Time
den Administrationsaufwand und sorgt gleichzeitig für mehr Flexibilität. Mit MTZ® BDE, der
Erweiterung zu MTZ® Time, lässt sich die Betriebsdatenerfassung vereinfachen. BDE-Buchungen wie z. B. Kostenstellen- oder Kostenträgerbuchungen werden entweder an den Terminals oder
über das Smart Time Modul gesammelt.
MTZ® Time automatically calculates working
hours, overtime and absence times and forwards
these to the accounting system. All calculations
are tailored precisely to the company’s attendance models and salaries. Clearly arranged daily,
monthly or yearly views provide a quick overview
and the option to carry out manual corrections.
Therefore, MTZ® Time reduces the administrative
effort and at the same time ensures more flexibility.
With MTZ® PDA, the extension to MTZ® Time, the
operational data logging can be facilitated.
PDA bookings e.g. cost centre bookings are
collected either at the terminals or with the Smart
Time module.

MTZ® Smart Time ist das HTML-Frontend zu
MTZ® Time, mit dem sich häufig vorkommende
Zeitbuchungen vornehmen lassen. Es steht für
papierlosen Workflow und die Integration externer Stellen in das Personalmanagementsystem.
Mitarbeiter können am eigenen PC oder das
Mobiltelefon über Inter- oder Intranet Zeitbuchungen vornehmen, Fehlbuchungen korrigieren oder
Abwesenheitszeiten planen und beantragen.
Durch eine Erfassung der Koordinaten z. B. im
Außendienst erhalten Vorgesetzte Transparenz
und Planungsübersicht.
Bei der SmartTime Option BDE-Buchungen können (je nach BDE-Lizenz) Kostenstellen oder auch
Kostenträger gebucht werden. Jede BDE-Buchung kann kommentiert werden. Mit frei definierbaren Info-Meldungen ist eine individuelle Anpassung des Meldesystems möglich.

MTZ® Smart Time is the HTML-frontend to MTZ®
Time, with which frequent time bookings can be
made. It stands for paperless workflow and the
integration of external positions into the personnel
management system. Employees can use their pc
or mobile phone to carry out bookings per inter- or
intranet, correct false entries or plan and apply for
absences.
By recording the coordinates e.g. field work;
superiors obtain transparency and a planning
overview.

commented. With freely definable info-messages

Die P6000 Terminals sind die Terminals der
nächsten Generation. So ist ein Einsatz mit
berührungsloser RFID-Lesertechnologie möglich.
Fingerprint-Identifikation mit und ohne RFIDLeser können gewählt werden.
Mit einem modernen Touchscreen, einem Lautsprecher und einer Echtzeituhr sowie einer Online-Saldo-Anzeige ausgestattet, können zusätzlich Berechtigungs- und Plausibilitätsprüfungen
durchgeführt werden.
Der Fingerprint-Terminal mit sicherem Identifikationsverfahren nimmt Fingerabdrücke auf. Diese
werden verschlüsselt in einer sicheren Datenbank
hinterlegt.

The P6000 terminals are the next-generation
terminals. They enable the use of contactless RFID
reader technology. Fingerprint identification with
or without RFID reader can be selected.
Equipped with a modern touch-screen, a speaker,
a real-time clock and an online-balance-display,
additional authorization and plausibility checks
can be conducted.
The fingerprint terminal with safe identification technique takes fingerprints. These are then
recorded encrypted in a secure database.

rein ...
Wo immer der Zugang mehrerer Personen zu
verschiedenen Zeiten und/oder Bereichen
geregelt werden muss, führt an einem elektronischen Zutrittsmanagementsystem kein Weg
vorbei. Wer dabei das Maximum an Sicherheit,
Komfort und Effizienz will, entscheidet sich für

system is the MTZ® Access software module,
