Kurzanleitung Bluetooth:
1. Zum Koppeln des BT Adapters die PIN 1234 eingeben. Manchmal muss man
mehrere Male probieren.
2. Bei Problemen hilft meist auch entkoppeln, Handy neu starten, erneut koppeln und
App starten.
3. Mit laufendem Motor (aber stehendes Fahrzeug) während der Diagnose erhält man
oft eine größere Anzahl STGs mit Antwort.
4. Bei Fragen bitte entweder unter www.iViNi-apps.de nachsehen, oder auch gerne
eine email an [email protected] senden.
Kurzanleitung WiFi:
1. Zum Koppeln des WIFI Adapters einfach am WLAN anmelden, es ist keine
statische IP nötig.
2. Mit ausgeschaltetem BT kann man oft die Kommunikationsqualität des Apps über
WIFI verbessern.
3. Mit laufendem Motor während der Diagnose erhält man oft eine größere Anzahl
STGs mit Antwort.
4. Bei Fragen bitte entweder unter www.iViNi-apps.de nachsehen, oder auch gerne
per email.
Kurzanleitung Kabel:
1. Zum Verbinden des Kabels bitte dieses gleich zu Beginn mit dem entsprechenden
USB-OTG Adapter in das Handy/Tablet und den OBD-Stecker im Auto einstecken.
2. Android wird beim Ein- und Ausstecken eine entsprechende Meldung anzeigen.
Wenn nicht, dann ist entweder das USB-OTG Adapter nicht OK oder das
Handy/Tablet unterstützt kein USB-OTG, was aber selten vorkommt. Mit dem
kostenlosen App „USB device Info“ aus GooglePlay kann man selber leicht testen, ob
das eingesteckte Kabel von Android erkannt wird.
3. Dann das App starten und die Kabel-Verbindung auswählen. Android fragt nun, ob
es die USB Verbindung mit dem BMWhat app verwenden darf – hier bitte zustimmen.

Quick guide Bluetooth:
1. Use PIN code 1234 to pair the BT adapter to your device. Sometimes it is
necessary to try several times.
2. In case of problems it is recommended to un-pair the adapter from your device,
restart your device, pair the adapter again and start the app.
3. You might get more ECUs to respond with running engine – in any case ignition
has to be on and diagnosis should not be performed whilst driving!

Quick guide WiFi:
1. Just connect to the WIFI, no static IP required
2. Turn off Bluetooth, this will improve the communication
3. Diagnose with running engine will increase number of ECUs found in many cases

Quick guide cable:
1. Please connect the cable with the USB-OTG adapter and then also plug it into your
mobile/tablet and the car.
2. Android will show you a message when the cable is being plugged in/out. If you do
not see any message then either the USB-OTG adapter is not OK or your Android
device does not support USB-OTG, which is normally less likely. With the free app
„USB device info“ from GooglePlay you may check if the cable is correctly detected
by Android.
3. Now start the app and select the cable connection. Android will ask for permission
– please confirm.
