Tasks:











Medium and Long term crew planning;
The monthly timely production of balanced roster for all Crewmembers within the duty and
rest time regulations;
The planning of the recurrent training/checking activities according to the Training
Department requests;
The coordination and notification of all Crewmembers leave periods;
The recording of the relevant Flight and Cabin Crew statistics and analysis;
The programming of vacations, military and any other absence;
To inform NP Crew Training of any Crewmember validation expiring in the near future so
that availability of Examiners/Instructors can be planned;
The organization of Crew transports and hotel reservations;
Providing tickets for Crew on duty;
Compliance with the NP Flight Operations instructions;
To respect the requirements regarding the use of psychoactive substances as described in
the OM A Section 6.1.2;
Profile:

Knowledge: Must have knowledge about the relevant regulations.

Skills:

Shall have sufficient IT skills to manage the planning tools;
Must be able to handle confidential issues;
Sufficient social and communication skills;
English is a must;
Able to work under pressure;
Experience: Relevant experience in planning activities in previous airline companies.
This position will report to the Nominated Person Flight Operations.
