Geboren am 17.10.1974 in Kiew.
Studierte dort Filmregie an der Hochschule für Theater und Kunst. Er hat in
Kiew beim Dowshenko-Studio und in
St. Petersburg bei Lenfilm gearbeitet,
mehrere Drehbücher fürs Fernsehen
geschrieben und Kurzgeschichten
veröffentlicht. Er ist mit GLUKHOTA nach DIAGNOZ (2009) - zum zweiten
Mal bei der Berlinale vertreten.

Born in Kiev on 17.10.1974, he
studied film directing at the College
of Drama and Art. He has worked at
Dovshenko Studios in Kiev and at
Lenfilm in St. Petersburg; he has also
written several screenplays for television and published short stories. After
DIAGNOZ (2009), GLUKHOTA marks his
second Berlinale outing.

mise en scène à l’école supérieure des
arts et du théâtre. Travaille au studio
Dovchenko de Kiev et pour la société
Lenfilm, à Saint Pétersbourg. Ecrit plusieurs scénarios pour la télévision et
publie des nouvelles. Après DIAGNOZ
(2009), participe pour la deuxième fois
à la Berlinale avec GLUKHOTA.
