OBS Parents Association 2016 Spring Market
The Spring Market will be held in the Eating Hall at Obersee Bilingual School, Pfaeffikon on:
Friday 8th April
Saturday 9th April
3pm to 6pm
9am to 12pm
open to OBS families and friends
open to the public
Shoppers at the Spring Market can select the items they wish to buy and pay at the cash register.
A refreshment stand selling after school snacks, fruit, cake, coffee, tea and refreshments will be open.
For the Spring Market to be a success, we need you, the OBS community, to be involved by:
 Bringing second-hand items in clean, good condition for the sale
 Visiting the sale
 Baking a cake, cupcakes, cookies or slice for the refreshments stand
Information for Sellers:
If you wish to sell second hand items in good condition at the Spring Market, there are two possibilities:
1. Let the Spring Market Team price and label your items for a fee of Fr. 20 per 60 items
2. Purchase a registration kit to price and label your items in advance for a fee of Fr. 5.- per 60 Items
Each seller will be assigned a seller id and each item will be assigned an item number. All second-hand items will be
sorted by size and type and displayed on the sales floor. Sellers receive 80% of the sale proceeds from items sold or
they can nominate to donate the sale proceeds.
Seller’s registration kits can be purchased at school reception, Pfaeffikon from Thursday 25th February. The
registration kit contains the stationary to label and price items ready for the sale.
Handover of items for the sale: Please bring all items for the sale to OBS Pfaeffikon at the following times:
Wednesday 6th April
8:30am to 12:30pm
Level 2, Convisa (next to Library)
Thursday 7th April
3pm to 6pm

OBS Left Eating Hall
The following clean items in good condition will be accepted for sale:
 Summer sports equipment including bikes, scooters, helmets, rollerblades, tricycles and bobby cars
 Summer clothes Size 86+ including dresses, skirts, shirts, sun hats, shoes, rain jackets, pants and rain boots
 Toys including Playmobile, Lego, Barbies, My Little Pony, Brio, Kapla, Cars and Trucks etc
 Books (7+ are in high demand), DVDs, current computer games (no tapes)
Plush Toy Swap: Plush toys can be donated although they will not be on sale at the Spring Market. Instead there will
be a plush toy swap, children can bring a plush toy to swap or select one from the many plush toys donated.
Return of items/collection of proceeds: OBS Eating Hall, Monday 11th April 7:30 – 9:00am.
Who benefits from the Spring Market?
 10% of the sale proceeds will be donated to a chosen charity
 10% of the sale proceeds will be donated to school library to buy new English readers
 Sellers also have the option to donate items not sold to a suitable cause

Während des Verkaufs könnt ihr auch selbst andere Artikel kaufen.
Für das leibliche Wohl ist ebenfalls gesorgt: Tee, Kaffee und Kuchen wird verkauft.
Der Erfolg des OBS PA Frühlingsmarktes hängt von Euch ab! Daher brauchen wir Euch und Eure Unterstützung.
 Bietet Second-Hand-Artikel zum Verkauf an (in sauberem, gutem Zustand)
 Schaut beim Frühlingsmarkt vorbei
 Backt einen Kuchen, Cupcakes oder Kekse
Information für Verkäufer:
Es gibt zwei Möglichkeiten für den Verkauf von gebrauchten Artikeln:
1. Das Frühlingsmarkt-Team bepreist und etikettiert den Artikel für eine Aufwandsentschädigung von 20 CHF
pro 60 Artikel.
2. Kauf eines Registrierungs-Sets, um die Artikel selbst vor dem Verkauf zu bepreisen und zu etikettieren. Das
Registrierungs-Set ist für ein Unkostenbeitrag von CHF 5.- pro 60 Artikel erhältlich.
Jedem Verkäufer wird eine Verkäufer-ID zugeordnet. Jedem Einzelteil wird eine Positionsnummer zugeordnet.
Alle Artikel werden nach Kategorien und Größe sortiert und ausgestellt. Verkäufer erhalten von jedem verkauften
Artikel 80% des Verkaufspreises. Den Verkäufern steht es selbstverständlich frei, das Geld zu spenden.
Anmeldeunterlagen erhaltet ihr ab Donnerstag, 25. Februar am Empfang der OBS Pfäffikon. Die Anmeldeunterlagen
enthalten Materialien, mit denen die Ware vorab mit einem Etikett und einem Preis versehen werden muss.
Übergabe der Artikel für den Verkauf: Alle Artikel könnt ihr zur OBS Pfäffikon zu folgenden Zeiten vorbeibringen:

Speisesaal links
Wir nehmen die folgenden Artikel zum Verkauf auf dem OBS PA Frühlingsmarkt an:
 Sommersportartikel, inklusive Fahrräder, Scooter, Helme, Rollerblades
 Sommerbekleidung ab Gr. 86, inklusive Schuhe, Hüte, Regenjacken und –hosen wie auch Regenstiefel
 Spielsachen (Playmobil, Lego, Barbie, My Little Pony, Brio, Kapla, Cars and Trucks usw.)
 Bücher (insbesondere für 7+), DVDs, aktuelle Computerspiele (keine Videokasetten)
Stofftier-Tausch: Plüsch- oder Stofftiere werden nicht verkauft. Wir bieten aber einen Plüschtier-Tausch an, d.h.
Kinder können ihr Plüsch- oder Stofftier gegen ein anderes oder eines der vielen gespendeten Plüschtiere tauschen.
Rückgabe von nicht verkauften Artikeln: OBS Speisesaal am Montag, 11. April von 7.30 bis 09.00 Uhr.
Wer gewinnt beim Frühlingsmarkt?
 10% des erzielten Verkaufserlöses werden an eine Hilfsorganisation gespendet
 10% des erzielten Verkaufserlöses werden an die Schulbibliothek gespendet, um englischsprachige Bücher
für unsere Kinder zu kaufen.
 Nicht verkaufte gespendete Artikel werden nach dem Verkauf an eine geeignete Initiative gespendet.
