For our HR Development Team at Schenker AG in Essen we are looking for you for a period of 6 months starting asap.

Your tasks
❚❚ Support in organizing and coordinating Global Talent Management projects
❚❚ Contributing to the conception and realization of cultural change projects
❚❚ Assisting senior professionals in implementing global concepts and standards
❚❚ Preparing presentations, reports, executive summaries for internal and external use
❚❚ Support in developing communication concepts and materials using innovative communication channels to reach
selected high-profiles target groups at global level
Your profile
❚❚ Bachelor/Master student (e.g. Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, etc.)
❚❚ First work experience within an international environment (ideally HR) would be an asset
❚❚ Independent way of working with can do attitude, proactive working behavior & attention to detail, strong
interpersonal & communication skills, international mind-set
❚❚ Advanced level of MS-Office procedures (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
❚❚ Very good English skills - verbal and written
