Ablauf
Sie starten Ihr Genussgondel-Frühstück im BergDiamant mit
einem Glas frisch gepresstem Orangensaft und einem Gruß aus
der Küche. Danach steigen Sie in die für Sie reservierte FrühstücksGondel, wo bereits eine Glas Sekt auf Sie wartet. Während Sie
zwei Runden gemütlich über Fiss schweben, servieren wir Ihnen
selbst gebeizten Lachs, Beef Tartar, Variationen vom hausge
machten Brot, ein ausgewähltes Wurst- und Käse
sortiment,
Eierspeisen nach Wahl und vieles mehr. Danach erwartet Sie im
BergDiamant noch ein süßer Abschluss.

Auffahrt mit der Schönjochbahn um 8.30 Uhr. Bitte halten Sie
sich an diese Zeitvorgabe, damit Sie das Genussgondel-Frühstück
in aller Ruhe genießen können. Dauer: ungefähr 2,5 Stunden.

Enjoy a royal breakfast in what is probably the most unique
breakfast location in our region.
Programme
Your Gourmet Gondola breakfast starts at the BergDiamant where
you will be welcomed with a glass of freshly squeezed orange
juice and greeted by the kitchen staff. You will then step on board
the breakfast gondola which has been reserved especially for you
and where a glass of sparkling wine awaits you. While you take
two leisurely round trips above Fiss, we will serve you our very
own marinated salmon, steak tartare, a variety of home-made
breads, a superior selection of cold meats and cheese, eggs
cooked as you like them and much, much more. A sweet treat to
round things off awaits you in the BergDiamant.
(Cancellations are free of charge until 30 days beforehand, but after this
date we have to charge 50% of the costs.)

Time
Ascend with the Schönjochbahn gondola at 8.30 am. Please make
sure to arrive on time, otherwise time restrictions mean you will
not be able to enjoy the breakfast. Please allow approximately 2
hours in total.
