Role & Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative support to the manager
• Handle the maintenance and follow-up of a trademark portolio
• Participate to the creation and maintenance of files and correspondence
• Input key information in the trademark database
• Follow-up the legalization of documents
Profile:
• CFC degree or equivalent diploma
• 3-5 years of professional experience as an administrative assistant, ideally in the IP field within a multinational company
• Fluency in English
• Excellent command of the usual IT tools
• Immediately available
