要:There are some very important legal and historical documents announced last
few years in Japan and Russia which had a strong influence into political place in the
world of these countries. In that case we will talk about these legal documents and also
about decisions which were taken by politicians in the field of constitutional regulation.
Obviously that Japanese and Russian Constitutions are the object of the political
manipulation for today. We will have a brief review on the most important
constitutional amendments in Russia and most important constitutional documents of
Japan and also the Constitutional control in Russia (Constitutional Court) and in Japan.
