Synopsis; The purpose of this long-term experiment is to confirm the durability of the fluorine-contained rubber to
ozone water. Experimentally, using the specimen to have made with fluorine-contained rubber, it made come
into ozone water. The item to evaluate is the following 3 items.
1) Change of the outward appearance
2) Change of the physical properties
3) Change of the structure
In the long-term experimental result, degradation and the change of the structure were a little with the surface
of the specimen confirmed.
