Please keep this package insert with the product and read carefully before use. First-class OTC drug Antipyretic analgesic Things not to do ル ンｺｰﾜ 鎮痛解熱 LX α △! Precautions for use (not following the directions below may aggravate existing symptoms or increase the risk of side effects) 1. Do not use this product if you (1) Have ever experienced allergic symptoms due to this product or any ingredients of this product (2) Have ever experienced asthma after using this product or other antipyretic analgesics / cold medicines (3) Are a child younger than 15 years old (4) Are currently seeing a doctor for the treatment of the following medical conditions: Gastroduodenal ulcer, liver disease, kidney disease, heart disease (5) Have been diagnosed by a doctor as having any abnormal blood condition (blood disease) such as the following: Decreased red blood cell count (anemia), decreased platelet count (bleeding not stopping easily, tendency to bleed), decreased white blood cell count, etc. (6) Are a pregnant woman within 12 weeks from term 2. Do not use any of the following drugs while taking this product: Other antipyretic analgesics, cold medicines, sedatives ,oral drugs containing tranexamic acid 3. Do not drink alcohol before and after taking this product 4. Do not use this product over the long-term(If a symptom (pain, etc.) repeats after taking this product for 3 - 5 days, stop taking this product and seek medical care of a doctor) Issues to discuss 1. Consult a doctor, dentist or pharmacist before taking this product if you (1) Are currently being treated by a doctor or dentist (2) Are or may be pregnant (3) Are breastfeeding (4) Are elderly (5) Have ever experienced allergic symptoms due to medicines, etc. (6) Have been diagnosed with asthma, ulcerative colitis, Crohn’s disease, systemic lupus erythematosus, mixed connective tissue disease, or have blood clots (cerebral thrombosis, myocardial infarction, thrombophlebitis, etc.) or are at risk of thrombosis. (7) Have ever suffered any of the following conditions: gastroduodenal ulcer, liver disease, kidney disease or blood disease 2. The symptoms listed below may be observed as side effects. If any of these symptoms appear after you take this product, stop taking the product immediately, take this package insert with you and consult a doctor or pharmacist (1) Symptoms such as excessively decreased body temperature, complete physical exhaustion (loss of physical strength) or cold limbs (cold hands or feet) may appear (2) Peptic ulcer or edema may appear. In addition, serious symptoms may appear rarely such as gastrointestinal bleeding (may appear with symptoms such as the vomiting of blood, queasiness/vomiting, abdominal pain, black tarry stool, bloody stool) and gastrointestinal perforation (this is a complete penetration of the intestinal wall. Symptoms such as queasiness/vomiting or acute abdominal pain may appear). If such serious symptoms appear, seek medical care of a doctor immediately. (3)If any of symptoms listed below appear. In that event, seek medical care of a doctor immediately. Name of symptoms Description of symptoms Shock (anaphylaxis) Itchy skin, hives, hoarse voice, sneezing, itchy throat, difficulty breathing, palpitations, clouding of consciousness, etc., develops immediately after use. Oculomucocutaneous High fever, redness in the white of the eye, eye discharge, lip syndrome (Stevens Johnson erosion, sore throat, extensive rash/redness of the skin, etc., syndrome), toxic epidermal persists or suddenly worsens. necrolysis Hepatic function disorder Fever, itching, rash, jaundice (yellow discoloration of the skin or white of the eye), brown urine, general malaise, decreased appetite, etc., develops. Renal function disorder Fever, rash, decreased urine output, generalized edema, general malaise, joint pain (in multiple joints), diarrhea, etc., develops. Aseptic meningitis Symptoms including severe headaches accompanied by tension in the neck, fever and queasiness/vomiting appear. (Such symptoms have frequently been reported in patients being treated for systemic lupus erythematosus or mixed connective tissue disease.) Interstitial pneumonia Sudden or persistent shortness of breath/difficulty breathing, dry cough, fever, etc., develops when you climb stairs or exert yourself a little. Rhabdomyolysis Pain in muscles of the hands, feet, shoulders, lower back, etc., numbness of the hands and feet, weakness or stiffness, general malaise, reddish-brown urine, etc., develops. Asthma Wheezing, difficulty breathing, etc., develops when breathing. Sore throat, fever, general malaise, whitish discoloration of Blood disorder the face or inside of the eyelid, bleeding tendency (gum bleed, nosebleed, etc.), bruising (does not disappear when pressed on), etc., develops. Congestive heart failure General malaise, palpitations, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, chest pain, dizziness, fainting, etc., develops. 3. The following symptoms may appear after taking this product: dry mouth, constipation, diarrhea. In cases where these symptoms persist or worsen, stop taking this product, take this package insert with you and consult a doctor or pharmacist. 4. If symptoms do not improve after taking 1-2 doses, stop taking this product, take this package insert with you and consult a doctor or pharmacist (you may be experiencing symptoms due to other disease) <Indication and Usage> ● Relief of sore throat, headache, joint pain, muscle pain, earache, neuralgia, lumbago, pain due to stiff shoulder, pain emanating from bruise, fracture, sprain, period pain, toothache, pain after tooth extraction or trauma. ● Relief of chills and fever. <Dosage and administration> Take the product as shown below with cold or warm water when you have a relevant symptom. If possible, avoid taking this product on an empty stomach. Make sure that there is at least 4 hours between taking this product. (2) How to take out the tablets: As shown in the diagram to the right, press on the rounded part of the press-through-package (PTP) sheet containing the tablets with your fingertip, hard enough to break the aluminum seal on the opposite side to take out the medicine and take it. (2) Keep out of the reach of children. (3) Do not place the product in a different container. (The product may lead to incorrect use, or loss of quality.) (4) Store and carry the product carefully so that aluminum foil on PTPs does not tear and the tablets inside do not become deformed. (5) Do not take the product after the expiration date (labeled on the outer box). If you have any questions about this product, contact the store that sold you the product or the customer center at Pharmaceutical Division, Kowa Company Ltd. 4-14, Nihonbashi-honcho 3-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-8433 Tel: 03-3279-7755 FAX: 03-3279-7566 Contact hours: Monday-Friday (excluding holidays), 09:00-17:00 Manufacturer address: Kowa Company Ltd. 4-14, Nihonbashi-honcho 3-chome, Chuo-ku, Tokyo 103-8433 Y1790R O5K 第１類医薬品 この添付文書は本剤とともに保管し、 服用の際には、 よくお読みください。 解熱鎮痛薬 ●すぐれた効きめの解熱鎮痛成分・ロキソプロフェンナトリウム水和物と抗炎症成分・トラネ キサム酸を配合し、かぜなどの発熱や痛みに速くよく効きます。 ●眠くなる成分や習慣性のある成分（鎮静催眠成分）は含まれていません。 ●ノンカフェインで、就寝前の服用にも適しています。 （守らないと現在の症状が悪化したり、副作用が起こりやすくなります） １． 次の人は服用しないでください （１） 本剤又は本剤の成分によりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。 （２） 本剤又は他の解熱鎮痛薬、かぜ薬を服用してぜんそくを起こしたことがある人。 （３） １５歳未満の小児。 （４） 医療機関で次の治療を受けている人。胃・十二指腸潰瘍、肝臓病、腎臓病、心臓病 （５） 医師から赤血球数が少ない （貧血） 、血小板数が少ない （血が止まりにくい、血が出や すい） 、白血球数が少ない等の血液異常 （血液の病気） を指摘されている人。 出産予定日12週以内の妊婦。 （６） ２． 本剤を服用している間は、次のいずれの医薬品も服用しないでください 他の解熱鎮痛薬、かぜ薬、鎮静薬、トラネキサム酸を含有する内服薬 ３． 服用前後は飲酒しないでください 長期連続して服用しないでください （3∼5日間服用しても痛み等の症状が繰り返される ４． 場合には、服用を中止し、医師の診療を受けてください。） １． 次の人は服用前に医師、歯科医師又は薬剤師に相談してください （１） 医師又は歯科医師の治療を受けている人。 （２） 妊婦又は妊娠していると思われる人。 （３） 授乳中の人。 （４） 高齢者。 （５） 薬などによりアレルギー症状を起こしたことがある人。 （６） 次の診断を受けた人｡ 気管支ぜんそく、潰瘍性大腸炎、クローン病、全身性エリテマ トーデス、混合性結合組織病、血栓のある人 （脳血栓、心筋梗塞、血栓静脈炎等） 及び 血栓症を起こす恐れのある人（７） 次の病気にかかったことのある人｡ 胃・十二指腸潰瘍、 肝臓病、腎臓病、血液の病気 ２． 服用後、次の症状があらわれた場合は副作用の可能性がありますので、直ちに服用を 中止し、この添付文書を持って医師又は薬剤師に相談してください （１） 過度の体温低下、虚脱 （力が出ない） 、四肢冷却 （手足が冷たい） 等の症状があらわれ た場合。 （２） 消化性潰瘍、むくみがあらわれた場合。また、まれに消化管出血 （血を吐く、 吐き気・嘔吐、腹痛、黒いタール状の便、血便等があらわれる） 、消化管穿孔 （消化管に 穴があくこと。吐き気・嘔吐、激しい腹痛等があらわれる） の重篤な症状が起こることが あります。その場合は直ちに医師の診療を受けてください。 （３） 次の症状があらわれた 場合。 症 状 発疹・発赤、 かゆみ 吐き気・嘔吐、食欲不振、胸やけ、腹痛、口内炎、胃部不快感、腹部膨 消化器 満感、消化不良 精神神経系 めまい、頭痛、しびれ、眠気 動悸、血圧上昇 循環器 血尿 泌尿器 発熱、顔のほてり、貧血、倦怠感、胸痛 その他 まれに下記の重篤な症状が起こることがあります。その場合は直ちに医師の診療を受け てください。 症 状 症状の名称 服用後すぐに、皮膚のかゆみ、じんましん、声のかすれ、 ショック （アナフィラキシー） くしゃみ、のどのかゆみ、息苦しさ、動悸、意識の混濁等 があらわれる。 皮膚粘膜眼症候群 （スティー 高熱、目の充血、目やに、唇のただれ、のどの痛み、皮膚 ブンス・ジョンソン症候群） 、 の広範囲の発疹・発赤等が持続したり、急激に悪化する。 中毒 性表皮壊死融 解 症 関係部位 皮 膚 発熱、かゆみ、発疹、黄疸 （皮膚や白目が黄色くなる） 、褐色 尿、全身のだるさ、食欲不振等があらわれる。 発熱、発疹、尿量の減少、全身のむくみ、全身のだるさ、 関節痛 （節々が痛む） 、下痢等があらわれる。 首すじのつっぱりを伴った激しい頭痛、発熱、吐き気・嘔 吐等の症状があらわれる。 （このような症状は、特に全身 性エリテマトーデス又は混合性結合組織病の治療を受け ている人で多く報告されている。） 肝機能障害 腎障害 無菌性髄膜炎 階段を上ったり、少し無理をしたりすると息切れがする・息 苦しくなる、空せき、発熱等がみられ、これらが急にあらわ れたり、持続したりする。 手足・肩・腰等の筋肉が痛む、手足がしびれる、力が入ら ない、こわばる、全身がだるい、赤褐色尿等があらわれる。 息をするときゼーゼー、ヒューヒューと鳴る、息苦しい等が あらわれる。 のどの痛み、発熱、全身のだるさ、顔やまぶたのうらが白っ ぽくなる、出血しやすくなる（歯ぐきの出血、鼻血等） 、青あ ざができる （押しても色が消えない）等があらわれる。 全身のだるさ、動悸、息切れ、胸部の不快感、胸が痛む、 めまい、失神等があらわれる。 間質性肺炎 横紋筋融解症 ぜんそく 血液障害 うっ血性心不全 ３． 服用後、次の症状があらわれることがありますので、このような症状の持続又は増強が見 られた場合には、服用を中止し、この添付文書を持って医師又は薬剤師に相談してくだ さい 口のかわき、便秘、下痢 ４． １∼２回服用しても症状がよくならない場合は服用を中止し、この添付文書を持って 医師、歯科医師又は薬剤師に相談してください（他の疾患の可能性も考えられます。） 効能・効果 咽喉痛・頭痛・関節痛・筋肉痛・耳痛・神経痛・腰痛・肩こり痛・打撲痛・骨折痛・ねんざ 痛・月経痛（生理痛） ・歯痛・抜歯後の疼痛・外傷痛の鎮痛 ● 発熱・悪寒時の解熱 ● 用法・用量 症状があらわれた時、下記の量をなるべく空腹時をさけて水又は温湯で服用してください。 服用間隔は4時間以上おいてください。 1錠 ２回まで ただし、再度症状があらわれた場合には３回目を服用できる ＜用法・用量に関連する注意＞（１） 用法・用量を厳守してください。 （２） 錠剤 の取り出し方：右図のように錠剤の入っているＰＴＰシートの凸部を指先で強く 押して、裏面のアルミ箔を破り、取り出して服用してください。 （誤ってそのまま 飲み込んだりすると食道粘膜に突き刺さる等思わぬ事故につながります。） 成分・分量（１錠中） （無水物として６０mg）●トラネキサム酸 １ ４０.０mg ロキソプロフェンナトリウム水和物 ６８１ . mg ● 〔添加物〕 セルロース、無水ケイ酸、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロース、クロスポビドン、ステアリン酸Ｍg、ヒプロメ ロース、 マクロゴール、二酸化ケイ素、酸化チタン、三二酸化鉄、カルナウバロウ 保管及び取扱い上の注意 （１） 高温をさけ、直射日光の当たらない湿気の少ない涼しい所に保管してください。 （２） 小児の 手の届かない所に保管してください。 （３） 他の容器に入れ替えないでください。 （誤用の原因 になったり品質が変わります。） （４） PTPのアルミ箔が破れたり、中身の錠剤が破損しないよう に、保管及び携帯に注意してください。 （５） 使用期限 （外箱に記載） をすぎた製品は服用しない でください。 本製品に関するお問い合わせは、お買い求めのお店又は 興和株式会社 医薬事業部 お客様相談センターへお願いします。 〒103-8433 東京都中央区日本橋本町三丁目4‐14 TEL 03-3279 -7755 FAX 03-3279 -7566 電話受付時間：月∼金（祝日を除く）9：00∼17：00 Y1790R O5K 54150DM
