Professor of Genetic Epidemiology, University of
Helsinki. A worldly known twin researcher, and
the founder of The Finnish Twin Cohort since
1976. His central interests have been in the study
of adult non-communicable disease and the
development of their behavioral risk factors with
a focus on substance use and addictions.
ヘルシンキ大学、遺伝疫学教授。双生児研
究の世界的権威。1976 年フィンランドの双
生児コホート研究を開始、世界中で多くの
研究を行う。成人の非感染性疾患、なかで
も物質乱用と依存をテーマに遺伝疫学研究
に従事。
Professor in Faculty of Letters, Keio University.
Ph.D in Pedagogy. Specializes in behavioral
genetics and educational psychology. Has
studied the influence of genetic and
environmental factors on humans by using twin
study methodology for over 20 years.
慶應義塾大学文学部教授。教育学博士。
専門は行動遺伝学と教育心理学遺伝と環
境が人に与える影響について、双生児研究
法を用いた研究に 20 年以上従事。
