特長 Features
1.清掃性
Easy Cleaning
上ケーシング、前ケーシングを開く事により開口部が広がり清掃時間
の短縮と軽作業で確実な清掃ができます。さらに、粉砕室の凹凸を極
限まで減らす事により粉砕片の残留を無くしました。
Opening of the upper and front casing gives greater access for cleaning, reducing both
time and effort required. Minimization of unevenness in crushing chambers prevents
regrind materials from remaining.
2.メンテナンス
Easy Maintenance
左右軸受けへの粉の回り込みを最小限にするためシールフランジを
採用。ベアリングを保護し、ベアリングケース下部にはインジケータを
設けました。また、回転刃交換時のシム調整が不要です。
Seal flange minimizes accumulation of powder in the side bearings. Indicator installed
at the bottom of the bearing case to protect it. It is also unnecessary to do SIM
adjustment upon exchanging the rotating cutter.
3.安全性、工場内環境
Safe and Environmental Friendly
●インターロック用として、3つのリミットスイッチを投入ホッパ開閉
部と吸引ボックス挿入部に付けました。
●過負荷保護用としてモータブレーカを標準装備しました。
●投入ホッパに制振鋼板を採用し低騒音にしました。投入ホッパ内の
制振鋼板が騒音を最低限にします

insertion part of suction box.
● Motor breaker prevents excessive load.
● Steel damper plate used for feeding hopper reduces noise pollution.
