■■ Jan-Hein Chrisstoffels ■■
Netherlands Network for Innovation, Technology & Science, Embassy of the Kingdom of the Netherlands
Mr. Chrisstoffels (b.1976) is the Innovation Counsellor at the Embassy of the Kingdom of the
Netherlands, Tokyo Japan. Before his posting to Japan, he worked in several jobs at Ministry of
Foreign Affairs, Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Netherlands Institute for International
Relations Clingendael, and as a financial journalist at Het Financieele Dagblad. He holds a
Master’s of Science degree in Economics from University of Amsterdam and a Master’s of Arts
degree from University of Leiden.

■■ Hans Kuijpers ■■
Mr. Kuijpers (b.1966) graduated in 1992 from Leiden University in the Netherlands with a
Master's of Arts degree in Japanese Language and Culture. He also studied at the Nagasaki
Institute of Applied Sciences and was an exchange student at the Holland Village in the
Nagasaki Prefecture. Mr. Kuijpers' professional career started in 1993 at the
Consulate-General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands in Kobe/Osaka and in 1996 he became
Vice-Consul for Cultural Affairs. In 2001 he switched to the corporate world and started
working at Noritsu Koki, for which he was active both in the Netherlands as the EDC and in
Germany. As Manager Sales Support and member of the European Management Team he
decided to leave Noritsu in 2006. From 2007 until mid 2010, Mr. Kuijpers was the Director of
the SieboldHuis in Leiden. In July 2010, he was appointed Executive Director of the
Netherlands Foreign Investment Agency at the Netherlands Embassy in Tokyo.

Mr. van Leeuwen finalized his study Analytical Chemistry at the Utrecht University in the
Netherlands in 1982. Thereafter he held different positions at several Contract Research
Organizations in Scientific as well as Business Development areas.
Since 1998, he joined TNO where he focused on Business Development for the Chemical
industries (Industrial Chemicals, Biocides and Agrochemicals). Currently, after the foundation
of TNO Triskelion BV (a TNO company) he gained extensive experience especially in the field
of the REACH legislation and supporting services.
Broekman Logistics
■■ Eveline van den Bosch ■■
Ms. van den Bosch (b. 1975) attained her Bachelor of Science degree in Logistics and
Transportation Management Studies at the Polytechnic Faculty at Rotterdam University.
Ms. Van den Bosch started in 2000 as an Account Manager for CHEP (BRAMBLES Company), a
global provider of support services. After 3 years she switched to a new role as a
Transportation Architect and Tender Manager for a Dutch public transportation company. She
was a designer of transportation services and responsible for optimum quality, analyses and
evaluation of, and reporting on the transportation architecture, as well as for the development
of market-oriented transportation plans for tenders.
From 2007 she joined Holland International Distribution Council (NDL/HIDC), focusing on
attracting European supply chain activities of foreign shippers to the Netherlands and
monitoring trends and developments in European supply chains. Sinds 2014 as a Director
Business Relations, she became responsible for the management and development of key
accounts and stakeholders and establishing long term business relationships with C-level
executives and other decision makers of the national and international network.
Ms. Van den Bosch just joined Broekman Logistics as a General Manager Sales, responsible for
all Global Sales activities for the Division Warehousing & Distribution.
Toyo Gosei Co., Ltd.
■■ Yuichi Hagiwara ■■
Mr. Hagiwara (b.1958) graduated in 1981 from Chiba University in Japan with a Bachelor of
Industrial Chemistry. Then he joined Toyo Gosei and started his career as a Researcher of
Photo Sensitive Materials. In 1993, he was moved to Sales section as a Manager and in 1998
he was moved to R&D section again. In 2003, he became General Manager of Flavor &
Fragrance Materials Division and his Division started joint business with Broekman in 2004.
