Mr Gan Siang Kiong (顔 尚強 ). Past president of The
Japanese Cultural Society of Singapore, who has indepth knowledge of Japan. He had written books on
Singapore Chinese Society and Development of
Singapore Politics in Japanese.
He will contact the talk in Japanese at Kanazawa
University. Everyone is welcome and please feel free
to exchange views with him.
