Appearance
LAMEPON® UD is a clear, light amber liquid with characteristic odour.
Example of use
LAMEPON® UD is a condensation product from a collagen partial hydrolysate with undecoenoic acid and,
consequently, belongs to the product group of the protein fatty acid condensates which is characterized by an
excellent skin and eye mucosa compatibility. To a certain extent, the undecenoic acid ester has a positive effect
in anti-dandruff treatment. Therefore, LAMEPON® UD is especially suited to be applied in anti-dandruff
shampoos.

Storage and transportation
During prolonged storage LAMEPON® UD may become turbid at temperatures below +12°C. The turbidity
exerts no influence on the dermatological and application characteristics. During heating to room temperature,
turbid products become completely clear. In sealed original containers LAMEPON® UD remains stable for at
least two years in a cool and dry environment. Lamepon® UD is preserved with a mixture of phenoxyethanol,
pHB-ethyl- and pHB-methylester.
