欧州CPT指令案の２つの審議内容
（１）欧州議会 の交通委員会( Committee on Transport and Tourism )が①案を可決（2013/11/26）
（２）閣僚理事会 ( Council of Ministers )が②案を可決（2013/12/5）
① 欧州議会 交通委員会案
2017年12月31日以降、Combo2 装備
‐ 移行期間‐
CHAdeMOのみ充電器 ：本欧州指令発効後36ヶ月間 （2017年中‐後半と推測）まで
DUAL充電器（チャデモ＆コンボ共用型）：2019年1月1日まで
②閣僚理事会案
本指令発効後36ヶ月（2017年中‐後半と推測）後、少なくとも (at least) Combo2を装備
‐ 移行期間‐
CHAdeMOのみ充電器 ：欧州指令発効後36ヶ月間（2017年中‐後半）まで
DUAL充電器：期限なしで設置可能
①、②ともに現存充電器および移行期間内に設置された充電器は運用継続
