It takes two and half an hours to walk around the sites with the explanation of the facilities (explanation only in Japanese) by the engineers of the Hokkaido Regional Development Bureau and Hokkaido Electric Power. The excursion finishes at 16:40 and an extra pick-up bus will be provided.
