◆糸チーズ染色
吉田染工は、衣料用（丸編み、横編み、織物）や資材（マット、刺繍糸、縫製糸）等、さまざまな各種糸の染色を手
がけています。世界で唯一と言われる『チーズ染色無人化プラント』を導入したチーズ染めの染工場です。染色
機への糸の投入、取り出し、移動。給排水、染料・薬品の注入､温度コントロール、ポンプ出力の制御等、染色に
係わる部分を全てコンピューターによる自動制御で行います。一名の監視員がいれば、38台の染色機が全機24
時間フル稼動出来ます。
◆Yarn cheese dyeing
Yoshida Senko, giysiler (yuvarlak örme, atkı örme, dokuma) ve malzemeler (mat, nakış ipliği, dikiş ipliği)
gibi çeşitli ipliklerin boyamasını yapmaktadır.
Yoshida Senko, dünyada tek olduğu söylenen ‘İnsansiz bobbin boyama tesisi’ ni çalıştıran bobbin boyama
fabrikasıdır.
Boyama makinasına ipliği atma, çıkarma, taşıma. Su verme, drenaj, boya ve kimyasal maddelerin
enjeksiyonu. Isı kontrolü, pompa gücü kontrolü gibi boyama işlemle ilgili tüm süreci, bilgisayar
tarafindan otomatik kontrol edilmektedir. Bir gözlemci 38 boyama makinasının tümünü 24 saat aralıksız
çalıştırabilmektedir.

◆匠がつくる酢
丸正酢醸造元は1879年創業の会社で、現在でも美しい自然の中で、澄み切った水を使い酢を作っています。
旨い酢には良質の軟水と麹が大切です。酢造りに使う水は、世界遺産に登録された那智と同じ水源の熊野山系の伏流水を利用し
ています。丸正酢醸造元の敷地内にある井戸の水は、水温１６度の口当たり柔らかなおいしい軟水です。米等の素材についても、
こだわりぬいた本物を選び、おいしい酢をつくっています。

製（生産キャパ：550,000㎡/月）、販売、取り付け施工まで一貫して行いながら、お客様の求められているものを提
供させていただいています。
販売部門は、卸売だけでなく”JUST CURTAIN”という名前で全国12箇所の直営店によって営業を行っています。
またホテル、商業施設で使用されるようなワンランク上のカーテンも扱っています。素材は直接トルコをはじめとし
てヨーロッパから輸入もしています。
 Company information
Since its establishment in 1990, INTERIX CO.,LTD has been expanding its business in
Japan nationwide and carrying out consistently in sewing by its own factory (capacity:
550,000㎡/monthly) from product planning of the curtain, sales until the installation service. It
is continued to provide any products required by customers to the market.
Sales operation is performing by not only wholesale but also owned retail shops named
“JUST CURTAIN” which has 12 points in the nationwide.
In addition we are also dealing with the higher class of the curtain, such as those used in the
hotel and commercial facility. Material has also been imported from Turkey directly and from
other European countries as well.
