ジャンルー・シーフ Jeanloup Sieff 1933-2000 フランス 写真家。14才で暗室を作り白黒写真に 熱中。プルーストを読みバカロレアは哲 学で合格、ジャズ／シネマクラブに出入 りし映画監督を夢見た。22歳で「ELLE」 誌と契約、その後「マグナム」の一員に。 写真集の編集、テキスト執筆などでも活 躍した。 1933 - 2000 France Photographer. He made a darkroom at the age of 14 and was engaged in black and white photography. He read Proust and passed the baccalauréat with philosophy, dreaming of becoming a film director while hanging out in jazz/cinema clubs. He signed a contract with the fashion magazine ELLE and later became a member of the Magnum group.
