突然のご連絡失礼致します。成田国際空港株式会社広報部の菅谷と申します。
平素より成田空港へのご理解ならびに空港利用促進に向けて多大なるご協力を賜り
誠にありがとうございます。
弊社は、例年ツーリズム EXPO ジャパンにおきまして、成田空港ブースを出展してお
ります。成田空港ブースでは、例年、各国観光局・大使館様にご協力いただき「パ
スポートスタンプラリー」を実施しており、このイベントは毎年非常に好評を得て
おります。(昨年実績:約 13,000 名来場)
つきましては、今年も成田空港ブースにて「パスポートスタンプラリー」を実施す
る予定でございますので、各国観光局・大使館の皆様にはご参加・ご協力をお願い
したくご連絡させていただきました。スタンプラリーの概要は以下のとおりです。
【スタンプラリー概要】
①成田空港ブースにて、お客様にスタンプラリーの台紙となるパスポートに見立て
た冊子を配布いたします。
②お客様にはスタンプラリーにご参加いただける出展者様の各ブースを自由にまわ
っていただき、スタンプを集めていただきます。
③決められた数のスタンプを集めた後、再度、成田空港ブースへ戻り、スタッフの
確認を受けて、スタンプラリーの完成となります。
④スタンプラリーを完成させたお客様に、成田空港オリジナルグッズをプレゼント
致します。
【協力のお願い】
①ブース内にスタンプを設置していただきます。
(ご参加いただける出展者様のスタンプは弊社で事前にご用意させていただきます
。)
②各ブースには、スタンプラリーに参加しているブースであることを示す目印とし
て、弊社がご用意させていただく A3 サイズのパネルを設置していただきます。
※ご参加いただける各ブースは、パスポートに「このパスポートの有効な旅行先」
として記載
※参加費無料
今後、成田空港ブースにおける本企画の運営方法は若干変更する可能性があります
が、皆様へのお願い事項は以上のとおりです。
本企画にご参加いただける出展者様は、大変お手数ですが、8 月 21 日までに添付の

Please allow me to introduce myself. My name is Yuta SUGAYA(Mr) from the Public Relations
department of Narita International Airport Corporation, which manages Narita Airport, the national sky
gateway to/from Japan.
Our company is one of the exhibitors in “Tourism EXPO Japan 2015”, which you may be part of as well.
Today, I am writing this email to introduce our activity during the exhibition.
We are planning to run a stamp collection game in collaboration with booths from different countries
and national tourism authorities. These partner booths will simply need to provide a space at their
booths for an
A3 display board and a stamp (Both of which will be provided by us)
The details are as follows:
Outline
・Concept:Virtual International Airport
・We will issue “original passports”, which functions as stamp collection cards, for everyone joining our
game.
・During the game, these participants will need to visit our partners’
booths to collect “disembarkation stamp” unique to each booth.
・Once participants get stamps, they will come back to our booth for our “disembarkation stamp”,
which signifies the end of the game.
・We will present a small gift to all participants who successfully complete this stamp collection game.
Additional Information:
・This year, we are planning to distribute 15 000 copies of the “ passports”.
・There will be no fees involved to participate in this stamp collection game for visitors.
・We will be delighted to provide the stamp at no cost for our partner booths.
・We will also provide the A3 display board with signage of “ disembarkation stamp”.
・This game was one of the most exciting events at the exhibition last year and was able to draw many
visitors to our partners’ booths.
