Mr. Takeo Ishikawa is Team Director, Water Resources
Team II, Group III (Water Resources and Disaster
Management) Global Environment Department of the
Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
He has
worked for a tire manufacturing company and served as
JOCV in Guatemala (market analyst).
He then joined
JICA in 1998 and worked for the Procurement Department
and the Paraguay Office. Started working in the current
team since December 2004.
石川剛生氏国際協力機構（JICA）地球環境部第 3 グループ（水資源・防災）水資源第 2
チーム長。タイヤメーカー勤務、青年海外協力隊（グアテマラ／市場調査）を経て、1998 年に
JICA 入職。調達部、パラグアイ事務所勤務を経て 2004 年 12 月より現在の部署で勤務。
