Einladung zur Vollversammlung der Postdocs an der Universität Osnabrück
am 10. März 2016, 13.15 Uhr
Die Postdoc-Vertreterinnen im wissenschaftlichen Beirat des ZePrOs, Dr. Kathrin Knüppe und Dr. Sabine N. Meyer,
laden herzlich ein zur dritten Vollversammlung aller Postdocs der Universität Osnabrück am Donnerstag, den 10.
März 2016, 13.15 – 14.00 Uhr im Raum 11/212.
Die Vollversammlung findet im direkten Anschluss an das 2. Osnabrücker Symposiums zur
guten wissenschaftlichen Praxis statt. Getränke und ein kleiner Snack werden bereitgestellt.
Im Rahmen der Vollversammlung sind unter anderem die Wahlen der Postdoc-Vertreter*innen im
wissenschaftlichen Beirat des ZePrOs geplant. Die Amtszeit für die Gruppe der Postdoktorand*innen im ZePrOsBeirat beträgt jeweils ein Jahr und beginnt zum 1. April. Zur Wahl stellen können sich alle Postdoktorand*innen, die
in einem Mitarbeiter- oder Beschäftigungsverhältnis mit der Universität Osnabrück stehen.
Für die Tagesordnung der Vollversammlung am 10. März sind folgende Punkte vorgesehen:
1. Begrüßung & Einleitung (Vertreterinnen der Postdocs im wissenschaftlichen Beirat des ZePrOs: Dr. Kathrin
Knüppe, Fachbereich 6, Mathematik und Informatik, Institut für Umweltsystemforschung & Dr. Sabine N.
Meyer, Fachbereich 07, Sprach und Literaturwissenschaften, Institut für Anglistik /Amerikanistik)
2. Rückblick auf die bisherigen Tätigkeiten der Postdoc-Vertreterinnen - Ereignisse und Ergebnisse, Dr. Kathrin
Knüppe
3. Wahl von zwei Vertreter*innen der Postdocs in den wissenschaftlichen Beirat des ZePrOs
4. Verschiedenes

The postdoc-representatives of the Scientific Advisory Council of the PhD/Postdoc Career Center, Dr. Kathrin Knüppe
und Dr. Sabine N. Meyer, invite you to the third assembly of all postdocs of the Osnabrück University on Thursday,
March 10 th 2016, 13:15 at room 11/212 (Neuer Graben 29/Schloss).
The meeting will take place directly after the second symposium „Good scientific practice“ of the Osnabrück
University. Beverages and a snack will be provided.
During the meeting the elections of the postdoc-representatives are planned. The representatives were elected for
one year. The term begins on April 1st. All postdocs who have an employment relationship with the Osnabrück
University can stand for election. The agenda for the meeting covers the following:
1. Welcome and introduction, Dr. Kathrin Knüppe (Institute of Environmental Systems Research, School of
Mathematic / Computer science), Dr. Sabine N. Meyer (Institute of School of Languages and Literary science)
2. Review of the previous activities of the postdoc representatives, Dr. Kathrin Knüppe
3. Election of two representatives of the Scientific Advisory Council of the PhD/Postdoc Career Center
