Inox AISI 316L. Schermo in PMMA. Assenza di
viti a vista, fissaggio con OR di tenuta. Grado
di protezione IP68 con sistema FULL DRY che
evita la formazione di condensa all’interno
del prodotto. Prodotto fornito con 5m di
cavo. Controcassa e connettore da ordinare
separatamente. Installazione in controcassa
gettata nel cemento con un letto di drenaggio di
ghiaia di 20-30 cm. Alimentazione da realizzare
esternamente con trasformatore in tensione
costante 24V. Solamente una connessione IP68
alla rete di alimentazione può garantire la stessa
protezione all’apparecchio.

316L gefertigt. Abdeckscheibe am
PMMA. Abdeckscheibe aus gehärtetem
hochtransparenten oder Glas, sandgestrahlt
oder weiß lackiert, Stärke 6 mm. Verdeckte
Schrauben. O-Ring-Befestigung. Schutzart
IP68 FULL DRY mit Vorrichtung zur
Verhinderung von Kondenswasserbildung im
Leuchteninnenraum. Leuchte komplett mit Diode
als Überspanungsschutz und Zuleitung,
Länge 5 m. Einbaugehäuse und Kabelverbinder
separat zu bestellen. Installation: Einbaugehäuse
für Gussbeton. Drainage-Kiesbett mit 20-30
cm Tiefe vorsehen. Versorgungseinheit, extern
,Gleichspannung 24V, separat zu bestellen. Die
Schutzart IP68 wird nur garantiert bei Einsatz
einer Kabelverbindung an die Netz-Zuleitung
gleichfalls in IP68.

Apparecchio di illuminazione a palo realizzato in
pressofusione di alluminio primario, resistente
alla corrosione, anodizzato e verniciato a polvere
in doppio strato con fondo epossidico e vernice
poliestere. Schermo in PMMA trasparente,
riflettore in alluminio anodizzato ad alta riflessione.
Fornito con 8m di cavo, il prodotto non richiede
l’apertura in fase di installazione. Flangia con funi
di sicurezza apribile tramite due viti antiperdita
in acciaio Inox. Cablaggio interno realizzato in
KIT facilmente removibile grazie a connettori
rapidi per manutenzioni straordinarie. Prodotto
dotato di snodo regolabile con passo 10°. Idoneo
per illuminazione stradale e per arredo urbano:
applicabile su pali di altezza compresa tra 4 e
8m con attacco Ø60mm (e Ø76 con accessorio
dedicato). Installazione a palo con grani M6
mediante 5 punti di fissaggio.

La funzione MIDNIGHT permette la riduzione della
potenza al 50% in uscita in maniera automatica
e senza comandi esterni, calcolando la media
della lunghezza della notte nei primi 4 giorni di
funzionamento.
La riduzione della potenza avviene di default al
50% 3 ore prima e 5 ore dopo la mezzanotte: la
metà della notte viene calcolata grazie ai tempi di
accensione e spegnimento dell’apparecchio.
REGOLE E SETTAGGIO
•Sono prese come valide solo notti con durate
maggiori di 3 ore e minori di 18 ore.
•Il primo giorno di installazione non vi è riduzione
luminosità.
•Dal secondo al quarto giorno il driver memorizza
la durata media delle notti ed esegue un
settaggio graduale.
•Dal quinto giorno in poi avviene una riduzione
del consumo dell’apparecchio con una
lunghezza della notte pari alla media dei 4 giorni
precedenti.

Das Funktionsprinzip MIDNIGHT erlaubt die
Nachtabsenkung des Nutzlichtstroms auf 50%,
welche automatisch und ohne Einsatz von
externen Steuergeräten erfolgt.
Dazu wird die Länge der Nächte der ersten vier
Betriebstage berechnet. Die Nachtabsenkung
des Nutzlichtstroms erfolgt per Festeinstellung auf
50% drei Stunden vor
Mitternacht bis fünf Stunden nach Mitternacht:
Die Mitternacht wird unter Berücksichtigung der
Betriebszeiten zwischen Ein- und Ausschaltung
der Leuchten berechnet.
EINSTELLUNGSREGELN
•Es werden nur Nächte mit einer Länge von mehr
als 3 Stunden und weniger als 18 Stunden in
Betracht gezogen.
•Am ersten Betriebstag erfolgt keine
Nachtabsenkung des Nutzlichtstroms.
•Von zweiten bis zum vierten Betriebstag
speichert der Treiber die durchschnittliche
Länge der Nächte und führt eine graduale
Einstellung durch.
•Vom fünften Tag an erfolgt die Nachtabsenkung
des Nutzlichtstroms für einen Zeitraum, der der
durchschnittlichen Länge der vorausgegangenen
vier Nächte entspricht.

gli RGBW per un massimo di 24 LED.
REGO24 è preconfigurato con 18 scenari di
luce (13 statici e 5 dinamici) ed è direttamente
collegabile alla rete elettrica.
È consigliato per piccole installazioni dove si
richiede una gestione semplice, senza l’ausilio di
strumenti esterni. REGO24 può essere pilotato da
segnali generati in DMX come il Touch Panel e il
Touch Panel Lite Platek.

Il Driver REGO 48 è stato ingegnerizzato da
Platek per gestire apparecchi a luce dinamica
(RGB, Bianco dinamico, RGB+W) con un
massimo di 48 LED, pilotato da segnali generati
in DMX o di interscambio dati in RDM.
REGO 48 permette inoltre di gestire la corrente di
alimentazione dei prodotti connessi controllando
la sicurezza termica dei LED attraverso la sonda
NTC.
Der Driver REGO 48 wurde von Platek zur
Steuerung LED-Beleuchtungsanlagen mit
dynamischen Licht (RGB, dynamisches Wieiß,
RGB + W) mit maximal 48 LED entwickelt.
Die Steuerung erfolgt über DMX-Signale oder
durch Datenaustausch in RDM.
REGO 48 ermöglicht auch die Regelung der
Stromzufuhr der angeschlossenen Leuchten,
indem es die thermische Sicherheit der LED mit
Hilfe der NTC-Sonde kontrolliert.
È consigliato per piccole installazioni dove si
richiede una gestione da remoto, via DMX (Touch
Panel), in completa autonomia con una potenza
fino 135W.
REGO 48 empfiehlt sich für kleine Installationen
bis zu einer Leistung von 135W und wo eine
Fernsteuerung via DMX gewünscht wird.

384 LED Driver
IP20
Il Driver REGO 384 è stato ingegnerizzato da
Platek per gestire apparecchi a luce dinamica
(RGB, Bianco dinamico, RGB+W) con un
massimo di 384 LED, pilotato da segnali generati
in DMX o di interscambio dati in RDM.
REGO 384 permette inoltre di gestire la
corrente di alimentazione dei prodotti connessi
controllando la sicurezza termica dei LED
attraverso la sonda NTC.
È consigliato per medie/grandi installazioni dove
si richiede una gestione da remoto, via DMX,
in completa autonomia con una potenza fino
1080W.

Der Driver REGO 348 wurde von Platek zur
Steuerung LED-Beleuchtungsanlagen mit
dynamischen Licht (RGB, dynamisches Wieiß,
RGB + W) mit maximal 348 LED entwickelt.
Die Steuerung erfolgt über DMX-Signale oder
durch Datenaustausch in RDM.
REGO 348 ermöglicht auch die Regelung der
Stromzufuhr der angeschlossenen Leuchten,
indem es die thermische Sicherheit der LED mit
Hilfe der NTC-Sonde kontrolliert.
REGO 348 empfiehlt sich für mittlere und große
Installationen bis zu einer Leistung von 1.080W
und wo eine Fernsteuerung via DMX gewünscht
wird.

AVVERTENZE
PROTEZIONE DEGLI IMPIANTI ELECTTRICI.
L’evoluzione della tecnologia LED ha portato a
una sua rapida diffusione e al relativo utilizzo
anche negli impianti di illuminazione per esterni.
L’adozione di questa nuova fonte luminosa,
senza le necessarie precauzioni, ha però portato
ad un numero considerevole di gua­sti denunciati
su prodotti installati.
Spesso, a fronte di prove di laboratorio
soddisfacenti e che dimostravano affidabilità e
durata, non sono corrisposti medesimi risultati
nell’applicazione.
L’analisi del tipo di guasto segnalato ha
evidenziato che, nella maggior parte dei casi,
l’ori­gine dei malfunzionamenti è principalmente
dovuto alle sovratensioni che interessano l’ap­
parecchio.
In realtà il fenomeno non è nuovo ma, fino ad
ora, con le tecnologie per l’utilizzo di lampade
a scarica (lampade a vapori di mercurio, sodio
alta pressione e ad alogenuri) non è mai stato un
elemento critico.
Le sovratensioni di rete, infatti, vanno a
sollecitare i circuiti interni e gli isolamenti. Questi
ultimi erano già ben dimensionati per sopportare
gli impulsi di tensione per l’innesco della
lampada (fino a 5kV) e quindi gli apparecchi ben
sopportavano anche le perturbazioni di rete.
Di contro i LED, essendo costituiti da
semiconduttori, risultano essere particolarmente
sensibili a questi fenomeni. In particolare la
giunzione PN del chip mal sopporta le tensioni
inverse che si presentano ai suoi capi.

AVVERTENZA SU MODULI LED AD ALTA
POTENZA
La durata utile delle fonti luminose a LED è
determinata in modo decisivo dalla temperatura
ambientale.
È vivamente consigliato non installare i prodotti
in prossimità di fonti di calore quali caldaie, tubi
di riscaldamento, ecc.
È inoltre dannoso per la fonte luminosa azionare gli
apparecchi quando esposti ai raggi solari diretti.
PROTEZIONE DA SOVRATENSIONE NELLA
COMPONENTISTICA ELETTRONICA.
Anche all’atto del disinserimento di carichi
induttivi, per esempio lampade fluorescenti,
lampade ad alta pressione, etc., possono
verificarsi degli spikes (picchi di tensione
aghiformi) così carichi di energia da poter
addirittura distruggere il circuito di protezione
integrato nella componentistica elettronica e
quindi la componentistica stessa.

Aumentando la tensione, permette la diminuzione
dell’impedenza e abbassa l’energia al surge fino a
creare un circuito chiuso.
ATTENZIONE: Verificare con il progettista
dell’impianto la compatibilità delle protezioni
magnetotermiche.

Durante il montaggio e la manutenzione degli
apparecchi si deve prestare particolare attenzione
a non danneggiare la verniciatura a polvere. In
presenza di aree danneggiate. il contatto con
l’acqua può provocare danni da corrosione. In
ambienti aggressivi il montaggio e la manutenzione
di tutti i componenti richiedono misure di protezione
adeguate. I prodotti chimici danneggiano la
protezione contro la corrosione.
La pulizia ad intervalli regolari è ineludibile. Gli
intervalli ed i metodi più adatti dipendono dal luogo
e dalle condizioni del montaggio e dalle condizioni
ambientali.
Per l’utilizzo di apparecchi da incasso nel suolo
è sempre necessario eseguire un drenaggio, ad
esempio, usando un letto di ghiaia. Installare gli
apparecchi da incasso nel pavimento in modo
che l’acqua possa defluire dalla superficie
dell’apparecchio.
MANTENIMENTO GRADO DI PROTEZIONE
Ai fini di garantire il grado IP del prodotto, la
connessione alla rete elettrica deve essere realizzata
con connettori in protezione IP uguale o superiore al
prodotto stesso.
SMALTIMENTO DEGLI APPARECCHI
Platek risponde alle esigenze della direttiva WEEE
contrassegnando dal 2007 in modo chiaro i propri
apparecchi con il simbolo
del bidone barrato con una croce.
Questi prodotti possono essere ritirati senza alcun
addebito.
In alternativa, al termine della loro vita utile
possono essere portati nelle strutture locali per lo
smaltimento ed il riciclaggio dei prodotti elettronici.
DIMMERAZIONE DI APPARECCHI PER LED
A seconda del tipo di componentistica
utilizzata gli apparecchi per LED possono essere
dimmerati.
Per apparecchi dimmerabili sulla fase si possono
impiegare esclusivamente dimmer adeguati (con
tecnica a taglio di fase). Osservare le indicazioni del
produttore per l’installazione.
Per garantire il corretto funzionamento del dimmer,
in particolare quando si utilizzano dimmer universali,
prima di ogni installazione verificare la compatibilità
di apparecchio, componentistica e dimmer.
ANTICORROSIONE NEGLI APPARECCHI
PER ESTERNI
Il montaggio degli apparecchi è descritto nelle
istruzioni di installazione allegate ai prodotti.
Osservare inoltre le prescrizioni di legge in tema di

SMALTIMENTO DI LAMPADE A SCARICA
Le lampade a scarica a bassa pressione (lampade
fluorescenti) e le lampade a scarica ad alta
pressione contengono, per motivi fisici, delle
quantità ridotte di mercurio ed elementi minerali.
Le lampade a scarica rientrano quindi nei rifiuti
speciali.
Ciò significa che non devono essere smaltite
insieme ai rifiuti urbani.
Ogni proprietario è tenuto ad osservare la legge che
disciplina lo smaltimento dei rifiuti.

integre o tramite lo stoccaggio presso delle speciali
discariche oppure con dei metodi speciali di

DI VENDITA E GARANZIA
1 . AMBITO DI APPLICAZIONE
Le presenti condizioni generali disciplinano tutti gli
attuali e futuri rapporti fra Platek ed il Compratore,
salvo eventuali deroghe specificatamente
concordate per iscritto.
2 . ACCETTAZIONE ORDINI E PAGAMENTO
Gli ordini sono sempre subordinati all’accettazione
di Platek che si riserva la facoltà di rifiutarli entro
30 gg. dal ricevimento. Per la prima fornitura il
pagamento è anticipato ad avviso di merce pronta;
per quelle successive da concordare.
3 . CONSEGNA
I termini di consegna sono indicativi; il Compratore
non potrà pretendere né l’annullamento totale o
parziale degli ordini, né la rifusione di danni nel caso
di ritardi di consegna o di consegne parziali, per
qualsiasi motivo avvenuti. La merce viaggia sempre
a carico e rischio del Compratore, anche quando
sia pattuita la resa Franco Destino. In ogni caso
nessuna responsabilità potrà essere imputata a
Platek, sia per ammanchi che per avarie di qualsiasi
genere causate dallo stivaggio e/o caricamento
o dal trasporto. Il Compratore deve verificare
nel proprio interesse la quantità e le condizioni
dell’imballo della merce prima del ritiro e fare, se del
caso, le opportune riserve al corriere.
4 . GARANZIA
Platek garantisce i suoi prodotti contro i difetti di
fabbricazione per la durata del tempo stabilito
dalle leggi vigenti (2 Anni). Il periodo di garanzia
decorre dalla data della consegna. Platek garantisce
la funzionalità dei Led per 50.000 ore con un
decadimento possibile del 30% rispetto al flusso
nominale del prodotto nuovo dopo 50.000 ore.
La garanzia opera e si applica soltanto a condizione
che:
i prodotti siano utilizzati nell’ambito di uso
consentito per le loro caratteristiche tecniche
contenute nei manuali di istruzione con Ta minore
uguale a 35°C;
i prodotti siano installati da tecnici qualificati
secondo le istruzioni fornite, ricordando che i
prodotti in classe 1 necessitano di messa a terra;
i prodotti sono alimentati con dispositivi di
alimentazione forniti da Platek e, ove previsto,
installati nelle casseforme di Platek;
l’installazione del prodotto sia certificata
dall’installatore in conformità alle norme vigenti;
questa certificazione deve essere fornita con la
copia della fattura di acquisto quando si effettua un
reclamo;
i componenti elettronici forniti da Platek e prodotti
da terzi (dispositivi di alimentazione, dispositivi di
controllo) corrispondano alle condizioni di garanzia
di Platek entro i limiti stabiliti dai singoli fabbricanti;il
livello di difettosità del LED superi il livello nominale
dello 0,2% / 1000 ore di funzionamento.

Ogni reclamo relativo ai prodotti difettosi deve
essere trasmesso per iscritto a Platek entro 14
giorni dalla data della scoperta del difetto, a pena di
decadenza, con l’indicazione espressa del modello,
della data di consegna, della Descrizione del difetto
e della quantità di prodotti difettosi.
5 . CASI DI ESCLUSIONE DELLA GARANZIA
Qualsiasi responsabilità di Platek è espressamente
esclusa nei seguenti casi: uso improprio o
irragionevole dei prodotti, e/o loro scorretta
conservazione;
se il danno o il cattivo funzionamento sono causati
da interventi sui prodotti non previamente autorizzati
per iscritto da Platek [es. disassemblaggio,
montaggio, alterazioni, sostituzioni, ecc.]; se le
qualità e le prestazioni sono state compromesse
dall’applicazione di Accessori non approvati da
Platek.

riparati da parte di terzi che non hanno ricevuto
l’autorizzazione preventiva da Platek;
l’installazione elettrica e /o meccanica dei prodotti
non è corretta, ad esempio senza messa a terra per
i prodotti in classe 1;
i prodotti sono stati danneggiati dopo che sono stati
spediti da Platek;
i valori limite di temperatura ambientale e tensione
sono maggiori di quanto previsto e/o il prodotto
viene esposto a carichi meccanici non conformi alla
destinazione dello stesso;
i vizi del prodotto sono dovuti a eventi imprevisti e
imprevedibili, comprese scariche elettriche e fulmini;
l’impianto elettrico opera in un ambiente le
cui caratteristiche non sono conformi a quelle
necessarie per un corretto funzionamento, tra cui
disturbi di linea impulsivi (sourge) di ampiezza
superiori a 1000 V tra conduttore e conduttore (L e
N) e 2000 V tra conduttore e terra (L e PE, N e PE)
in accordo alla IEC 61000-4-5 (2005-11). Ovvero
apparecchi installati su impianti privi di sistemi di
protezione contro sovratensioni di qualsiasi natura;

del nominale entro le 50.000 ore le variazioni della
temperatura di colore e flusso luminoso sono nei
limiti di tolleranza stabiliti dal costruttore di LED;
infatti esse possono variare da lotto a lotto.
6 . MODALITÀ DI ACCETTAZIONE
GARANZIA
Platek se riconosce il difetto, può scegliere di
sostituire o riparare i prodotti difettosi o proporre un
prodotto alternativo con le medesime caratteristiche
essenziali;
qualora la riparazione o sostituzione si rivelasse
impossibile o superasse il costo del valore fatturato
dei prodotti difettosi, Platek può recedere dal
contratto di vendita rimborsando il prezzo di
acquisto all’acquirente (spese di trasporto e di
installazione escluse);
è sempre necessario per Platek esaminare il
prodotto difettoso, smontaggio e costi di trasporto
sono a carico dell’acquirente
la garanzia copre i servizi riportati al punto 6. Gli
eventuali costi derivanti dallo smantellamento dei
prodotti difettosi e dall’installazione e/o sostituzione
(nuovi o riparati) saranno a carico dell’acquirente,
comprese: diarie e trasferte, dispositivi di
sollevamento, impalcature, o qualsiasi altra spesa
accessoria;
Platek non è responsabile di eventuali danni

materiali o immateriali subiti dall’acquirente o da
parte di terzi derivanti dal difetto accertato, come
la perdita di utilizzo, perdita di profitti e la perdita
del risparmio energetico; Tuttavia, in caso di grave
danno causato da vizi tecnici dei prodotti dovuti
a difetti di costruzione, progettazione o materiale
riconducibili a Platek, quest’ultima è disponibile a
partecipare con un rimborso pari a massimo il 10%
del valore della merce fatturata, a contributo di costi
documentati che il Compratore dovesse sostenere.
Tale partecipazione verrà definita e concordata di
volta in volta.
7 . ESTENSIONE DELLA GARANZIA
Platek estende la garanzia sui moduli a LED fino a 5
anni dalla data della fattura di vendita.
8 . RESI
Non si accettano resi di merce senza preventiva
autorizzazione scritta di Platek, mancando la quale
la merce sarà respinta al mittente. I resi di merce
autorizzata devono essere inviati in porto franco,
in perfetto stato ed imballo originale; in caso
contrario, Platek. si riserva il diritto di addebitare al
Compratore i costi sostenuti per la riparazione. La
merce per la quale il reso è stato autorizzato sarà
accreditata al di acquisto e gravata da un rimborso
spese nella misuraconvenzionale del 15%.
9 . MODIFICHE DEI PRODOTTI
Platek si riserva il diritto di apportare in ogni
momento, a suo insindacabile giudizio e senza
necessità di preavviso, migliorie o modifiche ai
propri prodotti. Le descrizioni, illustrazioni e dati
tecnici contenuti in cataloghi, opuscoli, listini ecc. di
Platek non hanno carattere vincolante.
10 . RISERVA DI PROPRIETÀ
La proprietà dei prodotti rimarrà di Platek sino a che
non sia effettuato l’intero pagamento del relativo
importo.
11. LEGGE APPLICABILE - CONTROVERSIE
Per quanto non previsto nelle presenti condizioni si
applica la legge italiana. Per qualsiasi controversia
è esclusivamente competente il Foro di Brescia.
Platek si riserva tuttavia il diritto di agire presso il
Foro della sede del Compratore.
