<MEXT Scholarship> Confirmation Schedule for 2015-2016

奨学金を受給するためには、毎月在籍確認を行わなければなりません。
下記が在籍確認の締切日と奨学金の支払日の日程です。毎月初めに所属の学部・研究科の窓口で在籍確認を
行ってください。月初めの在籍確認に遅れると、奨学金の支給は翌月になります。
※大学で在籍確認を行わない場合や月の初めから終わりまで日本にいない場合、その月の奨学金は支給されま
せん。
Monthly confirmation of enrollment is required to receive the stipend.
The following list is the confirmation and payment schedule.
Please sign on the designated paper at the student section of your faculty/graduate school at the beginning of each
month for the confirmation of enrollment. If confirmation of enrollment is delayed, the stipend will be paid the
following month.
*If you do not make the confirmation of enrollment at the University, or if you are not in Japan from the first day to
the last day of the same month, then the stipend will not be paid for that month.
