DL-2060 バージョンアップ方法
以下の手順に従ってバージョンアップ作業を行ってください。状況に応じて、file1,file2 をインストールしてください。
DSP F/W VER. 01.02
File 1. 5407_01.02.bin ファームウェア ( DSP 部 )
File 2. 1232_004.bin ファームウェア ( フロントエンド部 )
Step 1. バージョンアップの作業には、ご使用のパーソナルコンピュータ（以降 PC）に NI-VISA3.1 以降がインス
トールされている必要があります（DL-2060 に付属している CD-ROM には NI-VISA4.40 が収録され
ています）。NI-VISA がインストールされていない場合は、付属の CD-ROM からか、もしくは National
Instruments 社の Web サイトからダウンロードしてください。
作業の際、DL-2060 のインターフェイス設定が GPIB の場合は USB にしてください。
Step 2. DL-2060 をご使用の PC に USB ケーブルで接続してください。
Step 3. DmmUpdate.exe を実行し、次のウィンドウが表示されたら “Select” をクリックしてください。
Update Version 1.01 のウィンドウが表示されますが Ver.1.00 に対してもバージョンアップできますので
そのまま続けてください。
NIKKE_FW_UPDate_1.02 フォルダの 5407_01.02.pak を選択して “開く” をクリックしてください。
Step 4.ファームウェアの更新が完了し次のように表示されましたら DL-2060 を再起動してください。
*Note:
1. ファームウェアの更新が完了し、エラーが表示されていなければさらに file 2 の更新をする必要はありません。
Step 6.を行いバージョンを確認してください。
2. もしエラーメッセージが表示されたら、1232_004.bin でさらにファームウェアの更新をする必要があります。
DL-2060 を再起動し“Continue”ボタンをクリックして、同様の更新作業を行ってください。その際、電源再
投入後のパネルの“ERR”は無視してください。“ERR”は全てのインストールが完了すると消えます。
Step 5. ファームウェアの更新を続ける場合は DL-2060 の電源を再投入後、“Continue”と“Select”を
クリックします
２つ目のファイル 1232_004.bin を選択してもう一度インストール作業を行います。
Step 6. インストールが完了したら、電源の再投入をしてください。
“OK”をクリックして作業を終了します。
Step 7 次のようにアップグレードの終了を確認してください。
A、“DISPLAY-NEXT”キーを押すとバージョンが確認できます
DSP VER. : 01.02 と表示されます
B、メニューキーから“MENU/SYSTEM/SYSTEM VER.”を押してください。
SYSTEM VER.
01.02-01-04. と表示されます。
もし結果が異なる場合はもう一度インストール作業を行ってみてください。
The firmware upgrade of the DL-2060
DSP F/W VER. 01.02 & Front-END MCU F/W VER. 04 Installation
Please install the file 1 or file 2 according to your purpose. Then, follow the steps below to
upgrade the Version of DL-2060.
DSP F/W VER. 01.02
File 1. 5407_01.02.bin which can update DSP firmware version.
File 2. 1232_004.bin which can update 430 firmware version.
Notice: 5407_##.## means 5407_01.02,
1232_### means 1232_004
Step 1. Please make sure that your PC had been installed NI-VISA driver (The version must of
NIVISA 3.1 or later). If it hadn’t, please download the driver from the NI website
http://www.ni.com.
Step 2. Connect DL-2060 and PC via USB cable.
Step 3. Execute DmmUpdate.exe and click “Select” to choose the file 5407_01.02.pak (if you want
to update DSP firmware) for installation.
Step 4. When you see the window show up as below, please restart your DL-2060 DMM.
*Note:
1. If there is no error message shown on the display that means you do not have to do further
upgrade with file 2. Then, please do the step 6 to check the version.
2. If there is an error message shown on the display that means you have to do further
upgrade with 1232_004.bin. Then, please ignore the “ERR” on the panel of DL-2060 after you
restart it. The “ERR” will disappear after completing whole installation.
Step 5. After restarting the DL-2060, please click “Continue” and click “Select” again to choose the
second file 1232_004.bin (if you want to update 430 firmware). And do the installation
one more time.
Step 6. To complete the installation, please restart DL-2060.
Step 7. To confirm the upgrade is complete, you can do the following checks:
A. Press “DISPLAY-NEXT” to view the version.
The DSP Version should be 01.02.
B. Press “MENU/SYSTEM/SYSTEM VER.”
The SYSTEM VER. should be 01.02-01-04.
If the result is incorrect, please try the installation again.
