Graduation Ceremony and Diploma Presentation will be held as follows:

Note: Diploma will be given following the Diploma Presentation.
周知事項
１．卒業生・修了生等及び父母等は、午後０時から午後０時４５分（時間厳守）までに入場し着席
を完了すること。なお、式は午後１時から開始する。
２．卒業生・修了生等の座席は、当日配布するプログラムにより確認し入場後、前から詰めて着席
すること。また、父母等の席は、式場内の卒業生・修了生等席の後列であり、入場制限はしない
こと。
３．乳幼児の式場への入場はできないが、無料託児所を設けるので、そちらに預けること。（事前
に所属部局の教務係に申し出ること）
４．式場までの交通手段は、市営バスを利用するのが便利である。
当日は、萩ホールの駐輪・駐車スペースを１６時３０分まで開放するので、約１４０台まで車両
の駐車が可能である。入りきらない場合は、近隣の有料駐車場へ駐車をお願いすることもあるの
で、予め了承しておくこと。
また、駐車場内での事故等のトラブルについては、本学では一切関知しないこと。

Notice:
1. Students who are graduating or finishing their studies (hereafter, "graduates") and their
parents/guardians are asked to enter the venue between 12:00 and 12:45 PM and find their
seats. They are asked to please be punctual. The ceremony will begin at 1:00 PM.
2. Seats reserved for graduates will be indicated in the program distributed at the ceremony.
Graduates should check the program for seat locations and fill front rows first when choosing
seats. Parents/guardians will be seated in the rows behind the graduates; they will be
allowed to enter the venue without restriction.
3. Small children will not be allowed to attend the ceremony, but free daycare service will be
provided. (Graduates should inquire with their department's Educational Records and
Programs Section)
4. The venue can be reached conveniently by city bus.
Also, Hagi Hall will keep its parking lot open until 16:30 that day, providing room for about
140 vehicles. If there are more cars than spaces, some people may have to use a nearby
paid parking lot.
Tohoku University will assume no responsibility for accidents, damage etc. that occur in the
parking lot.
