The SONOSYNE setup consists of a regular
CDJ-setup combined with an array of
MIDI-controllers connected to a MacBook Pro
running Ableton Live.
Das SONOSYNE Setup besteht aus einem
gewöhnlichen CDJ-Setup, erweitert mit einer
Reihe von MIDI-Controllern an einem MacBook
Pro, auf dem Ableton Live läuft.

Minimum additional space requirement
for the controller-setup is 100 x 50 cm
directly adjacent to the DJ-setup.

Two media players have to be provided.
Feasible models are the CDJ-2000NXS and,
less-than-ideally, the CDJ-900NXS.

Zwei Media Player werden vom Veranstalter
gestellt. Mögliche Modelle sind der CDJ-2000NXS
sowie, behelfsmäßig, der CDJ-900NXS.
A DJ mixer has to be provided. Feasible models
include the Pioneer DJM-850 and 900NXS, the
Rane Sixty-Four as well as the Allen&Heath
Xone:92. The Pioneer DJM-2000 and Rane
MPD2015 are not preferred.

Ein DJ-Mischpult wird vom Veranstalter gestellt.
Mögliche Modelle sind u.a. der Pioneer DJM-850
und 900NXS, der Rane Sixty-Four oder der
Allen&Heath Xone:92. Der Pioneer DJM-2000
sowie der Rane MPD2015 sind unerwünscht.
The DJ mixer must have at least one,
preferably two free line input channels.

Das DJ-Mischpult muss mindestens einen,
bevorzugt zwei freie Line Eingangskanäle haben.
Volume of the monitor-speakers
must be adjustable at the mixer.

vom DJ-Mischpult aus einstellbar sein.
Main outs to PA don‘t have
to be touched during setup.

Die Ausgänge zur PA müssen beim
Aufbau nicht angerührt werden.
A minimum of two Schuko
(Type F) sockets are required.
Setup time is usually less than 30 minutes and
can be done during the event without disturbing
the performing DJ. No soundcheck is required.
Transition from and to the DJs performing
before and after is instantaneous
and without interruption of audio.

Mindestens zwei Schuko-Steckdosen
(Typ F) werden benötigt.
Die Aufbauzeit beträgt normalerweise unter 30
Minuten und kann während der Veranstaltung
geschehen, ohne den gerade aktiven DJ zu stören.
Es wird kein Soundcheck benötigt.
Der Übergang von und zu den vor und nach
SONOSYNE spielenden DJs erfolgt ohne
Unterbrechung der Musik.
