1. 入寮許可者
【入寮契約期間】
●政治経済学部・国際教養学部：2016 年 3 月 20 日～2018 年 3 月 7 日
●その他学部：2016 年 3 月 22 日～2018 年 3 月 7 日
・留学、兵役以外の理由による途中退寮はできません。また、入寮期間の延長はできません。
・入寮日時は以下のとおりとなります。詳細は、入寮手続き書類でご確認ください。

●政治経済学部：3 月 20 日（日）の 10 時～17 時または 3 月 22 日（火）の学部オリエンテーション終了後より選択可

2. 入寮手続き書類（契約書・寮費支払い・荷物搬入指定業者など詳細ご案内）について
「入寮申込みフォーム」に登録された「入居者情報」住所宛（入居者本人住所宛）へ本日 2016 年 2 月 12 日（金）
に発送いたします。入学予定の学部について、申込み時に登録された学部と異なる学部に進学される場合は、レ
ジデンスセンターWeb サイトの「お問い合せ」より 2 月末までにご連絡ください。
3. 動画の確認について
国際学生寮 WISH の寮室やユニットスペースをご紹介した動画を公開しています。入寮手続き書類ご返送前に、

4. 今回受付番号の掲載がなかった皆様へ
①【日本国籍の方対象（二重国籍の方を除く）】
※入寮申込フォームに入力された「父母等家計維持者の収入金額（年収）」が 800 万円未満の方のみ対象
共立メンテナンス運営寮「日本人奨学生」制度のご案内を本日 2 月 12 日（金）中に入寮申込フォームへ登録されているメー
ルアドレス（申込者本人のメールアドレス）宛にお送りいたします。選択肢のひとつとしてご検討ください。
※二重国籍の方および留学生の方は、共立メンテナンス運営寮の申込時、自動的に「留学生特別料金」が適用さ
れるため本制度申込みの対象外となります。

Entering the Dormitory in March 2016≫
Below is the list of Registration Number of the applicants who are admitted to WISH.
Please understand that we do not answer any questions regarding screening process.
1. For those who are admitted to WISH
*The contact period
●School of Political Science and Economics and School of International Liberal Studies:
March 20, 2016 to March 7, 2018
●Other schools: March 22, 2016 to March 7, 2018
・The resident may not cancel the contract in the middle of living period except for the reason of studying abroad or
military service. Moreover, the resident may not extend the period.
*The date of entry
●School of Political Science and Economics:
Choose the date: Sunday, March 20 (10AM - 5PM JPN time) or Tuesday, March 22 (After the orientation at School
of Political Science) *Both the contract and the dorm fee will start on Sunday, March 20.
●School of International Liberal Studies:
Sunday, March 20 (10AM - 5PM JPN time)
●Other schools:
Choose the date: Tuesday, March 22 or Wednesday, March 23 (10AM - 5PM JPN time)
*Both the contract and the dorm fee will start on Tuesday, March 22.
Residence Life Center will inform the successful applicants about the detail schedule for entering the dormitory on
the entrance documents.

2. A packet of entrance documents (contain the contract, the necessary payment information, and information of the
designated company for bringing in luggage)
The packet is planned to be sent on February 12 (Fri), 2016. We will send to a mailing address of applicant himself or
herself which the applicant registered on the Online Request Form. If your entering school is different from the name of
school that you registered, please let us know by the end of February, 2016 from the Inquiry Form on website of
Residence Life Center.
3. Regarding movies that introduce WISH
Please check the web movies of WISH that introduce a residential room, the unit, and so on, before you return the necessary

4. For those who are not admitted to WISH
1) Those who have done multiple application
