QUESTION REQUESTING CLARIFICATION
The following questions were received:
Please note contract term is three (3) years.
CONTRACT TERM
The request for Proposal is for a 12-month 3 year term, beginning on Dec 1st 2015 and
ending on the Dec 31st 2018.
The contract(s) may be extended at the City’s discretion for an additional two (2) one (1)year terms.
The contract renewals will be based on the same terms and conditions and upon mutual
agreement between the Contractor and City and contingent upon a sufficient budget and
/ or Council approval if applicable.
