１．概
要
香港科技大学で行われる 2015 ASPIRE Forum の Student Workshop - HKUST Innovation
& Entrepreneurship Training Camp 2015- に参加する。プログラム詳細は別紙参照。
２．開催期間
2015 年 7 月 18 日（土）～7 月 24 日（金）
（7 月 18 日（土）～22 日（水）キャンパス内外活動、23 日（木）～24 日（金）ASPIRE Forum）
３．開催地
香港科技大学／中国・香港
４．応募資格
東京工業大学所属の大学院生 ※学部 4 年生も可
（英語で議論ができること。アジア理工系大学トップ５大学の学生交流に熱意があること）

６．提出書類

※書類不備の場合は受け付けないので、注意すること。
７．参加費
自己負担：保険費用等。
参加費は無し。香港科技大学が宿泊施設を提供。本学は渡航費用を負担。

2015 年 5 月 13 日（水） 17 時厳守
※応募にあたっては、指導教員による承認（願書への押印）が必要なため、余裕を持って準備
をすること。

10．学内選考
応募者から提出された書類に基づき、書面審査を実施、また 5 月 21 日（木）午後に面接（英
語）を行うので予定を確保しておくこと。
考
学内選考通過者については、以下の事項に対し留意すること。
＊「誓約書（様式あり。署名者：本人及び保証人等）」を提出すること。
＊大学の指定する海外旅行保険に必ず加入すること（保険会社は東京海上。補償内容は、治
療・救援費用が 3,000 万円以上、個人賠償責任が 1 億円以上とすること）。
＊危機管理サービスに加入すること、その費用について海外渡航者が一部負担すること（１週
間で 245 円程度）。
＊自己都合による渡航キャンセルの場合、キャンセル料等一切の費用は参加者負担となる。

Participate in the ASPIRE Forum Student Workshop - HKUST Innovation &
Entrepreneurship Training Camp 2015 - at Hong Kong University of Science
and Technology (see program for complete details).

Saturday, July 18 – Friday, July 24, 2015
・July 18-22: On-campus activities ・July 23-24: ASPIRE Forum

Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST), Hong Kong, China

Eligibility
Graduate students at Tokyo Institute of Technology
(4th-year undergraduates also can apply.)
English language speaking ability is required for participants to engage in
discussions.

*Incomplete documents will not be accepted.

Fees
Students must pay for their own insurance. There are no program
participation fees. HKUST will provide accommodation for students, and
Tokyo Tech will cover the cost of travel.

Selection
After document screening, an interview conducted in English will be held in

the afternoon on Thursday, May 2１, 2015. Please keep the date and time
open.

Notes
If you pass the interview, you will need to
participation agreement,
and
for JCSOS Total Assistance Service (J-TAS). Students will be asked
to cover some part of the charge (about 245 yen for 1 week).
(If you cancel your participation due to personal reasons after travel arrangements
are completed, you will be expected to assume any cancellation fees.)
