Whitnall’
s ligament as‘mobile fulcrum’
.
We applied inferior component of Whitnall’
s ligament as internal sling for correction of severe ptosis.
The operation method has proven to be eﬀective, and it may be considered as alternative sling method for ptosis patient
with who has moderate ~ poor levator muscle function.
However, long-term follow up result has not been clariﬁed now, and further study will be needed in the future.
