2015 年 3 月 6 日 March 6, 2015 政治学研究科・経済学研究科外国人留学生在学生各位 Dear GSPS and GSE international students, 2015 年度 4 月外国人留学生奨学金の申請手続期間について（新規・継続） Scholarship Registration Form Submission in April 2015: New and Renewal ２０１５年度４月以降外国人留学生に関する奨学金を新規・もしくは継続で希望をされる方は、政治学研究科・経済学研究科事務所にて「２０１５年度外国人留学生奨学金登録票」を受け取り、必要事項を記入の上、政治学研究科・経済学研究科事務所までご提出ください。２０１４年４月から一年間有効である外国人留学生奨学金に申請登録している方（継続）、もしくは今回新規に登録する方が対象になります（新規）。昨年４月に提出した方も、今年度の申請として新たに提出する必要がありますので、必ず所定の期間に手続きをしてください。２０１４年９月に登録した方は、今回提出の必要はありません。 International students who need scholarships have to submit “Scholarship Registration Form for the academic year 2015” to the Office. Those who applied in April 2014 (renewal), and those who newly apply need to register at this opportunity. The designated form is available in the graduate school office. Even if you applied in April 2014, you must submit again for AY2015. Those who registered in September 2014 do not need to apply this time. Application Period Deadline:2015 年 4 月 7 日（火） April 7, 2015 (Tue) 注意事項：「2015 年度外国人留学生奨学金登録票」は奨学金の応募書類ではありません。「2015 年度外国人留学生奨学金登録票」を提出した上で、それぞれの奨学金に申請する必要があります。申請方法は政治学研究科・経済学研究科の掲示に従ってください。 Notice： “Scholarship Registration Form for the academic year 2015” is NOT an application form for any scholarships. Submission of this form does NOT mean that you have applied for scholarships.
