‫ستلتئم مؤتمر اليبنتز الدولي العاشر في سنة ‪ .3182‬وستكون هذه السنة ثرية باالحتفاالت الاليبنتزية إذ‬
‫عالوة على احتفاءنا بمرور بثالث مائة وسبعين سنة على ميالد اليبنتز‪ ،‬وثالث مائة سنة على وفاته‪ ،‬فإن‬
‫الغوتفريد ويالم اليبنتز غيزلشافت تحتفل بالذكرى الخمسين على تأسيسها بهانوفر سنة ‪ .8622‬سنحتفي من جهة‬
‫أخرى‪ ،‬بمرور عشر سنوات على تأسيس جامعة اليبنتز بهانوفر‪ .‬وهي جامعة تحمل اسم العالمة منذ سنة ‪.6002‬‬
‫ونتوقع إقامة سلسة من التظاهرات األخرى في مدينة هانوفر‪.‬‬
‫إن احتفاءنا بمرور ثالث مائة سنة على موت اليبنتز يجعلنا نركز اهتمامنا على نشاطات هذا العالم الكونية خالل‬
‫سنوات حياته األخيرة‪ .‬لذلك فإن تلقي أفكار اليبنتز وتأمالته والبحث في راهنيتها سيكون إذن في صلب مشاغل‬
‫هذا المؤتمر الذي يريد أن يكون موضوعه الرئيسي " من أجل سعادتنا وسعادة اآلخرين" ‪« ad felicitatem‬‬
‫» ‪ .nostram alienamve‬تبعا لذلك‪ ،‬فإن أعمال اليبنتز التي تتناول قضية الخير المشترك ( ‪commune‬‬
‫‪ )bonum‬ستكون المحور األساسي لهذا لمؤتمر‪.‬‬
‫منذ المؤتمر األخير الذي التئم في سنة ‪ ،6022‬فإن آالف الصفحات التي لم تنشر من قبل والتي تمثل المخزون‬
‫الاليبنتزي‪ ،‬قد وجدت طريقها إلى النشر‪ .‬ومن المتوقع أن نصوصا صارت في المتناول بسبب تقدم عملية النشر‪،‬‬
‫ستكو ن موضوع العديد من المداخالت في هذا المؤتمر‪ .‬من وجهة النظر الفلسفية‪ ،‬سيكون مفهوم العقالنية‬
‫الاليبنتزي ‪ -‬وهو يتضمن وجوها عملية أساسية ‪ -‬موضوع اهتمام خاص مادامت األهداف العملية ال تقبل ترقب‬
‫اكتمال التحليل المفهومي التام‪ .‬فتقسيم العقل إلى عقالنية علمية من جهة وإيتيقا من جهة أخرى يمثل معضلة من‬
‫معضالت العصر الحديث حاول اليبنتز حلها من خالل استعادة نوع من الوحدة‪ .‬عالوة على هذا المحور‬
‫األساسي‪ ،‬فإن المؤتمر سيكون مفتوحا لمواضع بحث اليبنتزية أخرى‪.‬‬
‫يدعو منظموا المؤتمر كل الباحثين والمختصين وأصدقاء الفكر الاليبنتزي الذين تهمهم المسألة إلى المشاركة في‬
‫هذا المؤتمر‪ .‬ويمكن أن تبعث مقترحات المشاركة إلى حدود ‪ 21‬نوفمبر ‪ .6022‬وسيطلب ممن وقعت الموافقة‬
‫على مقترحاتهم بعث ملف مداخالتهم أو نسخة ورقية جاهزة للنشر (كليشيهات جاهزة‪ 20-‬ورقات على أقصى‬
‫تقدير) حتى يتيسر جمع المداخالت في مجلد خاص بالمؤتمر‪.‬‬

第十届莱布尼茨国际会议
“——为了我们的幸福或他人的幸福”

即将到来的第十届莱布尼茨国际学术会议将于2016年举行。这一年拥有若干个与莱
布尼茨相关的纪念日: 莱布尼茨诞辰370周年、逝世300周年、国际莱布尼茨学会成
立成立50周年。此外，2016年也是汉诺威大学更名莱布尼茨大学十周年。在汉诺
威，更多围绕这些纪念日展开的活动即将拉开帷幕。
值此莱布尼茨逝世300周年之际，莱布尼茨生命晚期的计划和活动将得到特别关
注。因此，在以“为了我们的幸福或他人的幸福”为主题的大会上，理应专注于莱
布尼茨思想的后续发展和实效性，以此来强调莱布尼茨对推动人类共同的利益发展
而做出的努力。
自2011年大会之后，又有数千页的以前未出版的莱布尼茨著作问世，从现在到2016
年编辑出版工作会有更进一步的进展。期望会议中的诸多报告将以这些尚待研究的
资料为主题。从哲学视角来看，莱布尼茨的理性概念本身包含有实践理性的因素。
鉴于对于目的性的研究不能完全依赖彻底的概念分析，莱布尼茨的理性概念将会受
到特别的关注。将理性划分为科学理性和伦理（即实践理性）是当代面临一个问
题，而莱布尼茨曾试图通过恢复二者的统一性来解决这一难题。除了这一主要焦
点，本次会议同样欢迎对所有莱布尼茨不同领域的研究。
主办单位诚邀世界各地有兴趣的研究者、专家及朋友参加本次会议。请于2015年11
月14日前提交报告题目及简要。大会同意接受的报告人应在2016年3月31日前提交
报告的电子文档或可供复印的打印稿（最多10页），会议召开之前报告集结出版。

The upcoming X International Leibniz Congress will take place in 2016 – a year of several
Leibniz-related anniversaries. In addition to the celebration of Leibniz’s 370th birthday, and the
commemoration of the 300th anniversary of his demise, the Gottfried-Wilhelm-LeibnizGesellschaft will celebrate the 50th anniversary of its foundation in Hanover. Furthermore, 2016
will mark the 10th anniversary of the Leibniz University Hanover, which has carried the name of
the polymath since 2006. More events surrounding these anniversaries in the city of Hanover are
being planned.
On the occasion of the 300th anniversary of Leibniz’s death, the plans and activities from the last
years of his life will be of special interest. Therefore it is natural to focus on the aftermath and
timeliness of his ideas during the congress with the motto “ad felicitatem nostram alienamve,”
emphasising Leibniz’s promotion of the “commune bonum” (common good).
Since the last congress in 2011, much previously unreleased material from Leibniz’s literary
estate has been made available to the research community, and naturally the edition will continue
until 2016 and beyond, giving reason to expect that these texts will be central to many
contributions to the congress. From a philosophical perspective, Leibniz’s concept of reason,
which includes pragmatic aspects, will be of utmost interest, since the work towards practical
goals cannot wait for a complete conceptual analysis. The division of reason into scientific reason
and ethics is a problem of the modern age, which Leibniz tried to solve by the recovery of unity.
Besides this main focus, the congress will be open for contributions concentrating on different
areas of research on Leibniz.
The organizers would like to invite all interested scholars, experts and friends to take part in the
congress! Announcement of papers is requested by November 14, 2015; of the accepted
contributions a file or a reproducible paper copy (camera-ready, up to 10 pages) is required by
March 31, 2016, since the contributions are to be available in a bound volume at the congress
opening.

Le prochain Congrès International Leibniz se tiendra en 2016. Ce sera une année riche en
célébrations leibniziennes puisque l’on commémorera tout à la fois les 370 ans de la naissance
de Leibniz, les 300 ans de sa mort mais aussi les 50 ans de la fondation de la GottfriedWilhelm-Leibniz-Gesellschaft à Hanovre en 1966. Par ailleurs, on célèbrera les 10 ans de
l’université Leibniz d’Hanovre, qui porte le nom du savant universel depuis 2006. Une série
d’autres événements est également prévue dans la ville d’Hanovre.
En commémorant les 300 ans de la mort de Leibniz, ce sont les plans et les activités des
dernières années du savant universel qui seront au centre de l’attention. La réception et
l’actualité des idées et des réflexions de Leibniz seront donc tout naturellement au cœur du
congrès, dont le thème principal sera « ad felicitatem nostram alienamve ». Les travaux de
Leibniz portant sur le bien commun (commune bonum) constitueront par conséquent l’axe
principal du congrès.
Depuis le dernier congrès en 2011, ce sont plusieurs milliers de pages jusque là inédites du
fonds Leibniz qui ont pu être éditées – et on peut attendre que les textes rendus accessibles par
l’avancée de l’édition fassent l’objet de nombreuses contributions au congrès. D’un point de
vue philosophique, le concept leibnizien de rationalité – qui comprend des aspects pratiques
fondamentaux – sera d’un intérêt particulier puisque la considération des visées pratiques ne
peut attendre que l’analyse conceptuelle soit parfaitement achevée. La division de la raison
entre la rationalité scientifique d’une part et l’éthique d’autre part est un problème de l’époque
moderne que Leibniz cherche à résoudre en retrouvant une certaine unité. Au-delà de cet axe
principal, le congrès sera aussi ouvert à d’autres sujets de la recherche leibnizienne.
Les organisateurs invitent tous les chercheurs, connaisseurs ou amis intéressés à participer au
congrès. Les propositions de communication peuvent être envoyées jusqu’au 14 novembre
2015. Il sera demandé aux auteurs dont les propositions seront retenues d’envoyer avant le 31
mars 2016 un fichier de leur communication, ou une version papier prête à la publication
(prêt-à-clicher, maximum 10 pages), afin que les communications puissent être rassemblées
en un volume pour le congrès.

Der bevorstehende X. Internationale Leibniz-Kongress fällt in das Jahr 2016, das Jahr der
Leibniz-Jubiläen: Neben dem 370. Geburts- und dem 300. Todestag von Leibniz wird die im
Jahre 1966 in Hannover gegründete Gottfried-Wilhelm-Leibniz Gesellschaft das Jubiläum
ihres 50. Gründungstages feiern. Die jüngste Jubilarin wird die Leibniz Universität Hannover
sein, die seit 2006 den Namen des Universalgelehrten trägt und damit ein zehnjähriges
Jubiläum begehen kann. Eine Reihe weiterer Veranstaltungen in der Stadt ist geplant.
In erster Linie Leibniz’ 300. Todestag zum Anlass nehmend, werden die Tätigkeiten und
Pläne aus den letzten Lebensjahren des Universalgelehrten von besonderem Interesse sein. Es
ist daher naheliegend, die Nachwirkungen und in der Gegenwart aktuell gebliebenen Ansätze
und Überlegungen von Leibniz in den Mittelpunkt des Kongresses zu rücken. In diesem Sinne
lautet das Motto des Kongresses „– ad felicitatem nostram alienamve“. Den Schwerpunkt des
Kongresses sollen dementsprechend Leibniz’ Arbeiten zum „commune bonum“ (zum
allgemeinen Wohl) bilden.
Seit dem letzten Kongress im Jahr 2011 liegen Tausende von Seiten bisher unveröffentlichter
Texte aus dem Leibniz-Nachlass vor – und bis zum Kongress im Jahr 2016 wird durch das
Voranschreiten der Edition noch weiteres Material folgen. Es ist zu erwarten, dass diese Texte
in vielen Kongress-Referaten ausgewertet werden.
In philosophischer Hinsicht wird hier Leibniz’ Rationalitätsbegriff, der durchaus auch
pragmatische Momente umfasst, von besonderem Interesse sein, da die Arbeit an praktischen
Zielen nicht auf eine vollständige Begriffsanalyse warten kann. Die Aufspaltung der Ratio in
wissenschaftliche Rationalität und Ethik ist ein Problem der Moderne, das Leibniz durch die
Wiedergewinnung einer Einheit zu lösen versuchte. Neben diesem Schwerpunkt steht der
Kongress aber auch für andere Themen der Leibniz-Forschung offen.
Die Veranstalter laden alle interessierten Forscher, Sachkenner und Freunde zur Teilnahme
ein. Vortragsanmeldungen erbitten wir bis zum 14. November 2015. Bis zum 31. März 2016
wird von den angenommenen Beiträgen eine Datei oder reproduktionsfähige Papiervorlage
(camera ready, bis zu 10 Seiten) erbeten, da die Texte zum Kongress als Band vorliegen
sollen.

Il prossimo Congresso Internazionale Leibniz si svolgerà nel 2016. Si tratterà di un anno ricco
di celebrazioni leibniziane: ricorreranno il 370° anno dalla nascita, il 300° anno della morte di
Leibniz, ma anche il 50° anno della fondazione della Gottfried-Wilhelm-Leibniz-Gesellschaft
a Hannover nel 1966. Inoltre si festeggerano i 10 anni dell’Università Leibniz di Hannover,
che dal 2006 porta il nome del dotto universale. Nella città di Hannover sono previsti
numerosi altri eventi.
Commemorando i 300 anni della morte di Leibniz, verranno esaminati con particolare
attenzione le attività e i progetti degli ultimi anni del dotto universale. Al centro del
Congresso staranno ovviamente la ricezione e l’attualità delle idee e delle riflessioni di
Leibniz. In questo senso, il motto del Congresso sarà «ad felicitatem nostram alienamve». I
lavori leibniziani sul bene comune (commune bonum) costituiranno l’asse principale del
Congresso.
Dall’ultimo congresso del 2011 sono state pubblicate varie migliaia di pagine di testi, fino a
quel momento inediti, del Nachlass leibniziano – e fino al congresso del 2016 ci si può
attendere ulteriore materiale grazie al procedere dell’attività di edizione. C’è da aspettarsi che
questi testi siano oggetto di numerosi contributi al Congresso. Da un punto di vista filosofico,
il concetto leibniziano di razionalità – che comprende anche elementi pragmatici – sarà di
particolare interesse, dal momento che l’impegno in scopi pratici non può attendere un’analisi
concettuale perfettamente conclusa. La divisione della ratio in razionalità scientifica e in etica
costituisce un problema dell’epoca moderna, che Leibniz cercò di risolvere ritrovando una
qualche unità. Oltre all’asse principale indicato, il Congresso sarà però aperto anche ad altri
temi della ricerca leibniziana.
Gli organizzatori invitano tutti gli interessati - ricercatori, specialisti e amici - a partecipare al
Congresso. Le proposte di relazione potranno venir inviate fino al 14 novembre 2015. I
contributi accettati dovranno venir mandati entro il 31 marzo 2016 sotto forma di file o di
stampa su carta adatta alla riproduzione fotografica (camera ready, massimo 10 pagine), in
modo che i testi possano venir riuniti in volume per il Congresso.

第 10 回国際ライプニッツ会議は、2016 年というライプニッツに関連する記念の年に行わ
れます。すなわち、彼の生誕 370 年、没後 300 年にくわえ、1966 年にハノーファーに設立
されたゴットフリート・ヴィルヘルム・ライプニッツ協会もその創立 50 周年を祝います。
記念祭のなかで最も若いのは、2006 年から普遍学者の名を冠し、その改称 10 周年を祝う
ハノーファー・ライプニッツ大学です。さらに一連の行事が市内で計画されています。
最も主にはライプニッツの没後 300 年が機会となる訳で、普遍学者の最晩年の諸活動と諸
計画がとくに興味深いものとなるでしょう。それゆえ、ライプニッツの諸影響と、現在も
アクチュアルであり続けている諸々の発想や考察とを会議の中心にもってくることがふさ
わしいのです。このような意味において会議のモットーは、「－私たちの幸福と他者の幸
福のために」 (– ad felicitatem nostram alienamve)と称します。会議の重点をなすのは、した
がって、「共通善」(commune bonum)に関するライプニッツの諸著作となるはずです。
2011 年の前回会議以降、これまで未刊行だったテクストのうち数千頁がライプニッツの遺
稿から提供されています。そして 2016 年までには編纂の進捗によってさらに多くの史料が
これに続くでしょう。これらのテクストが会議での多くの研究発表において解明されるこ
とが期待されます。哲学の視点からは、ライプニッツの、そのどこまでもまたプラグマテ
ィックな諸契機を包括する合理性概念がここでとくに関心をひくでしょう。なぜなら実践
的な目標に関わる研究は、完全な概念分析なるものを待ってはいられないからです。合理
性が学的合理性と倫理とに分裂してしまうことは、近代の難問であって、ライプニッツは
統一の再獲得によってそれを解決しようと試みたのでした。しかしこうした重点と並んで、
会議はまたライプニッツ研究の他の諸テーマに対しても開かれています。
主催者は、関心をもつすべての研究者、専門家、友人たちが参加されるよう招待いたしま
す。研究発表の申し込みは、2015年11月14日までにお願いいたします。採用された発表に
ついては、その原稿は会議のために冊子として用意されますので、2016年3月31日までに、
データファイル、または写真写植可能な完成原稿 (10頁まで)をお送り願います。

Cel de-al X-lea Congres Internațional Leibniz va avea loc în 2016 - un an marcat de multe
evenimente legate de Leibniz. În plus față de celebrarea a 370 de ani de la naștere, și
comemorarea a 300 de ani de la moarte, Societatea Internațională Leibniz (Leibniz
Gesellschaft) va celebra 50 de ani de la înființarea sa în orașul Hanovra. În plus, anul 2016 va
marca cea de-a zecea aniversare a Universității ,,Leibniz” din Hanovra (ce poartă numele
filosofului din 2006). În Hanovra sunt planificate numeroase evenimente în jurul acestor
aniversări.
Cu ocazia aniversării a 300 de ani de la moartea marelui filosof, planurile și activitățile din
ultimii săi ani de viață vor fi de un interes maxim. Este, așadar, firesc să ne concentrăm pe
urmarea și oportunitatea ideilor sale în timpul Congresului ce are ca motto ,,ad felicitatem
nostram alienamve”, accentuând promovarea ,,binelui comun” (,,commune bonum”).
De la ultimul Congres Leibniz, cel din 2011, multe materiale nepublicate anterior au fost puse
la îndemâna comunității științifice, și în mod firesc editarea va continua până în 2016 și mai
departe, dându-ne temeiuri să ne așteptăm ca aceste texte să fie centrale pentru multe
contribuții prezentate Congresului. Dintr-o perspectivă filosofică, conceptul leibnizian de
rațiune, ce include aspecte pragmatice, va fi de interes maxim, câtă vreme opera aptă
scopurilor practice nu poate aștepta pentru o analiză conceptuală completă. Împărțirea rațiunii
în rațiune științifică și rațiune etică este o problemă a epocii moderne, și pe care Leibniz a
încercat să o rezolve prin redobândirea unității. Dincolo de acest focus principal, Congresul
va fi deschis pentru contribuții concentrate pe diferitele domenii ale cercetării.
Organizatorii Congresului au plăcerea să invite pe toți cercetătorii interesați, experți sau
simpatizanți, să ia parte la Congres! Anunțul textelor este cerut până la 14 noiembrie 2015;
acceptarea contribuțiilor (un fișier sau un text imprimat de până la 10 pagini) se va face până
pe 31 martie 2016; contribuțiile acceptate vor fi valabile la începutul congresului într-un
volum.

В 2016 году состоится Х Международный лейбницевский конгресс. На этот год выпадает
несколько круглых дат, так или иначе связанных с именем Лейбница. Кроме 370-летия со дня
рождения Лейбница и 300-летия со дня его смерти, Общество Готфрида Вильгема Лейбница будет
отмечать 50-летие со дня своего основания в Ганновере. Более того, в 2016 году исполняется 10 лет
с момента присвоения Ганноверскому университету имени великого ученого, данного ему в 2006
году. В Ганновере планируются различные торжественные мероприятия, посвященные этим датам.
В связи с 300-летием со дня смерти Лейбница особое значение приобретают его творчество
последних лет жизни и оставшиеся не реализованными планы. Представляется естественным
взглянуть на идеи Лейбница, их влияние на следующие поколения мыслителей и их нынешнюю
актуальность под углом зрения, предполагаемым лозунгом конгресса “ad felicitatem nostrum alienamve”, в котором выражено стремление Лейбница к “commune bonum”, «общему благу».
Со времени прошлого конгресса, проходившего в 2011 году, многие не публиковавшиеся ранее
материалы из обширного рукописного наследия Лейбница, стали доступны сообществу
исследователей. Конечно, их издание будет идти вплоть до 2016 года и продолжится после него,
давая основания надеяться, что именно эти тексты вдохновят многих будущих участников
конгресса. В философском аспекте лейбницевская рациональность, не чуждая прагматизму,
привлечет к себе особый интерес, так как достижение практических целей не может ожидать
исчерпывающего концептуального анализа. Разделение рациональности на научную
рациональность и этику — важная проблема нового времени, которую Лейбниц пытался решать
через восстановление утерянного единства. Кроме этой центральной темы, на конгрессе будут
представлены результаты исследований, связанных с именем Лейбница и проведенных в самых
различных направлениях.
Организаторы приглашают всех заинтересованных ученых и любителей науки принять участие
в конгрессе! Темы и аннотации докладов просим присылать до 14 ноября 2015 года. Полные
тексты принятых к участию в конгрессе статей, в виде файлов или отформатированных и
отпечатанных на бумаге, надо будет прислать не позже 31 мая 2016 года, так как содержащий их
сборник должен быть готов к открытию конгресса.

El próximo X. Congreso Internacional Leibniz tendrá lugar en 2016, el año de los aniversarios
de Leibniz: junto con los 370 años de nacimiento y la conmemoración de los 300 años de
fallecimiento de Leibniz, la Sociedad Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz, fundada en Hannover en
1966, festejará el aniversario de sus cincuenta años de fundación. La más joven entre los
homenajeados será la Universidad de Hannover Gottfried Wilhelm Leibniz, que desde 2006
lleva el nombre del erudito universal y con tal motivo celebrará su décimo aniversario. Se ha
planificado una serie de eventos adicionales en la ciudad.
Aprovechando la ocasión de los 300 años de fallecimiento de Leibniz, serán de especial
interés preferentemente las actividades y planes de los últimos años de vida del erudito
universal. Es preciso que el núcleo del congreso sea, en consecuencia, la repercusión y los
planteamientos y reflexiones de Leibniz que permanecen en la actualidad. De allí que el lema
del congreso sea: “–ad felicitatem nostram alienave”. Los trabajos de Leibniz
correspondientes al “commune bonum” (el bien común) habrán de constituir el punto central
del congreso.
Desde el último congreso de 2011 han sido puestas a disposición miles de páginas del legado
de Leibniz que aún no habían sido publicadas; y, gracias a los avances de la edición, es
previsible que aparezcan materiales adicionales hasta el congreso del año 2016. Es de
esperarse que dichos textos sean utilizados en muchas de las ponencias del congreso. Desde el
punto de vista filosófico, será de especial interés el concepto leibniziano de racionalidad, que,
por supuesto, también comprende factores pragmáticos, puesto que el trabajo con fines
prácticos no puede esperar a un análisis conceptual completo. La escisión de la racionalidad
en racionalidad científica y la ética es un problema de la modernidad que Leibniz intentó
resolver a través de la recuperación de una unidad. A parte de este punto central, el congreso
queda también abierto a otros temas de la investigación sobre Leibniz.
Los organizadores invitan a participar a todos los investigadores, expertos y amigos
interesados. Se aceptan inscripciones de ponencias hasta el 14 de noviembre de 2015. Para las
contribuciones aceptadas, se solicita el envío de un archivo o una propuesta del texto en papel
apta para su reproducción (camera ready, hasta 10 páginas), ya que en el congreso los textos
se encontrarán disponibles en un tomo.
