Notes. – Summary of Significant Accounting Policies
Line of Activities
Ishizue is a California Not-for-profit organization based in San Jose, California specializing in helping Japanese speaking
people in South Bay area.
Cash and Cash Equivalents
Ishizue includes as cash, all highly liquid debt instruments with a maturity of three months or less.
Concentration of Cash and short term deposit
Ishizue maintains its cash and cash equivalents in bank deposit accounts which has not exceeded the federally insured
limits. Ishizue has not experienced any losses in such accounts nor does Ishizue believe it is exposed to any significant
credit risk on cash and cash equivalents.
Inventory
No inventory is on hand.
Property, Equipment and Depreciation
Currently Ishizue owns no property or equipment.
Revenue recognition
Ishizue uses accrual basis accounting. Ishizue records revenue when earned, and records expense when incurred.
Taxes
For tax purpose, Ishizue operates as part of Yu-Ai Kai (EIN 94-2427398). The contribution to Ishizue is treated as
contribution to Yu-Ai Kai and tax deductible to the extent allowed by the tax law.
Management review
Ishizue has evaluated subsequent events through June 7, 2014, the date the financial statements available to be issued.
